Overview

The Western & Southern Open (initially called the Cincinnati Open) has been played since 1899 in Cincinnati. In the US, it is the oldest professional tennis tournament still played in its original city. The men’s event is one of the nine elite Masters 1000 tournament on the ATP World Tour and the women’s event is one of Premier 5 events on the WTA Tour. The outdoors hard court tennis event is the country’s biggest summer tennis event and is a week packed with entertainment, and some world class tennis!
