Overview

The Stagecoach Music Festival, held in Indio, California, is one of country music’s largest and most anticipated events. The festival was founded in 2007 by Paul Tollet and is presented by Goldenvoice, The Messina Group, and Moore Entertainment. Stagecoach attracts some of the biggest names in country music with leading music acts of folk, mainstream country, bluegrass, roots rock and alternative country all performing. Held at the same venue as the Coachella festival, Stagecoach has grown at a faster pace than its more illustrious cousin with the 2014 festival registering around 63,000 footfalls per day. It is definitely a must-go for any country music fan!

Tips

  • General Admission (GA) Festival Passes are in the form of wristbands that allow you entry for all three (3) days of Stagecoach.
  • Passes are void if tampered with or removed.
  • The wristband will be shipped to the owner’s address and delivery is expected to start around mid to late February.
    • General Admission:
      • Grants access to all the 3 days of the festival.
      • No re-entry unless wearing a Stagecoach RV Resort Wristband
    • Corral Reserved Seating:
      • Reserved seat in front of the Mane Stage, right behind the pit.
      • Commemorative laminate and souvenir seat.
      • Take home the souvenir seat Sunday night after the closing act.
      • Only children 2 and under may sit on laps.
    • Corral Standing Pit:
      • Access to standing room only area, in front of Mane Stage
      • Closest viewing area for the Mane Stage
      • No chairs, blankets or sitting allowed in the Corral Standing room only section.
      • Only children 2 and under do not need a pit wristband to enter the standing room pit.
  • Orders that cannot  be delivered (Lost/Stolen/Wrong Address/any other reason) will be required to be picked up at Will Call sections.
  • International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
  • USD 25.00 additional for all international shipping.
  • USD 20.00 additional for Canada/Mexico shipping.
  • No re-entry for non Stagecoach Festival RV Resort Campers.

Inside the venue


Food:

Food and beverage and other items are sold for cash only in the venue.

  • Previous editons of Stagecoach have included offerings from local restaurants like Jackelope Ranch, Las Casuelas Quinta, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Fisherman's Market & Grill to well-known vendors like Spicy Pie and Waffleman Ice Cream Sandwiches and lots of barbeques.
  • The festival will house a full bar serving every kind of alcohol available. Just make sure you are above 21.

How to reach


General info

Most of the resorts near the venue operate a shuttle service.

  • If you are not staying in one of the resorts around the venue, you can take a Anyline Shuttle Pass which will allow you the flexibility to ride any shuttle service from the venue to your nearest drop-off point. 
  • ValleyMusicTravel operates its Anytime Shuttle Service exclusively for Stagecoach Festival to pick up and drop you to the venue from a range of hotels and locations in Indio. A shuttle pass for all three days costs USD 70.00.

Corral Reserved Seating- Comes with access to the Saloon, a special area adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.

Schedule Timing


  • Venue opens at 12:00 pm (noon) all three days.
  • Terrace opens at 10:00am all three days.
  • Festival ends by or before 12:00 am (midnight) all three days.
  • Day parking lots are open from 9:00 am - 2:00 am (No overnight parking).
