Overview

The Bahidorá Carnival (Carnaval de Bahidorá) is an annual music festival taking place in Las Estacas natural water park that belongs to Sierra de Montenegro natural reserve in Morelos, Mexico. The area is famous thanks to turquoise waters of the Yautepec River, a natural spring rich in minerals, which feeds the lush green flora of the park. 

The carnival in Bahidorá is the celebration of music, ambiance, art, installations, performances, design, gastronomy, and well-being practices. It is a sustainable event that takes responsibility for the possible negative environmental impact. The festival is attended by about 6,000-10,000 people annually.
