Organized by the Madhya Pradesh Kala Parishad, the Khajuraho Dance Festival is an annual week-long festival of classical dances held against the backdrop of the Khajuraho temples in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. The festival is conducted every year at the beginning of the spring season, generally around the 20th to the 26th of February. Prominent exponents of various Indian classical dance styles such as Kathak, Bharathanatyam, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Manipuri and Kathakali showcase their talent at the festival.
