This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Borough Market, 8 Southwark Street, London SE1 1TL England

Firstly, your local London guide will take you to the exciting Borough Market to soak up the atmosphere, see the 100 different stalls. Still in the market, you will try the best traditional sausage roll in town, followed by award-winning fish and chips (and you will get to see the difference between ‘chips’ and ‘French fries’). Your tour will continue to a historic pub where you can try the best of British cheeses, served with grapes, fig cakes and chutneys. Washed down with real London Beers, Ales, or delicious ciders (or non-alcoholic options). Finally, you'll get to try a classic English dessert, served with a pot of typical English breakfast tea. And at the end there will be a surprise - a Secret Dish.

We had an awesome food tour with our amazing guide Amelia - our kids said it was one of the highlights of our time in London! We loved the varied cuisines that we tried as we meandered through Soho, along with the great bits of history and culture that Amelia shared with us about this fascinating area of London. Every eatery we went to had incredible food and nice portions so that we were pleasantly full after the 3+ hours of munching on delicious dishes. The interspersed drinks also added a fun element! The hands down favorite was the Malaysian place where we enjoyed some spicy beef rendang with roti, but a close second were the fluffy bao buns. Bottom line, every single morsel of food we placed in our mouths was amazing and it was so fun to wander through this area, seeing everything from bustling Chinatown to the bohemian sections while hearing the history and the evolution of Soho. Would highly recommend and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Theo was an awesome guide! He was knowledgeable and had a wonderfully British dry sense of humor that kept our tour engaging and entertaining. We participated in the London Bridge food tour. It was an excellent way to experience classic British staples with a side serving of British culture and history. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to submerge themselves in a quintessential British experience. Perfect for first time London visitors.

What a great walking tour. Luke, our guide, was great and had an encyclopedic knowledge of English and in particular London history and the interplay between social, political, and economic forces on the origins and growth of what we think of today as British foods. And the food picks were delicious - I’m in London visiting friends and we went back to the market the next day for the bacon and egg sandwich and the fish and chips. I’ll definitely be signing up for the Soho tour next time I visit.

Amelia was an excellent guide! My daughter and I booked this tour the day we flew in to help fight jet lag and keep moving and we were not disappointed! Excellent food, great opportunity to tour the London Bridge area with an expert (which is helpful because the market was wildly busy). Highly recommend.

On the last day of my London journey, I took part in the amazing Secret Soho Evening Walking Food Tour, with “The No. 1 Tour Guide Chris”, as he likes to be jokingly named :). With some guest no-shows on the tour that afternoon, it was just me and another great guest from South Africa, who ended up partaking. With just the 3 of us, it felt like a VIP private tour. The samplings—both food and drink, were all delish, and our tummies were full when it was all over (so definitely come on an empty stomach). From sumptuous Chinese pork baos and Spanish Kroketas, to traditional English fish and chips, and Italian cannolis—the samplings all had an international flair, characteristic of the diverse Soho neighbourhood. But notably, more than just a foodie tour—since Soho was the cradle of ‘60s rock and roll music, we saw some amazing highlights and heard some fascinating stories in between our foodie stops, including the club where Paul McCartney met Linda; outside the studio where Freddie Mercury formed Queen; the club where Jimi Hendrix set his guitar on fire for the first time during a concert; the street where Oasis took a pic for their album cover; the studio where David Bowie wrote and recorded Ziggy Stardust, and much more. Chris’s infectious personality and gift for storytelling, perfectly complimented the foodie tour. I totally recommend this tour if you have 3 hours to spare on a London afternoon/evening. Thank you again Chris for making my stay in London an unforgettable one!

I attended the London Bridge Food Tour with some colleagues who were in London for a work trip. Tom was an excellent guide in every way! Very knowledgable, and wonderful sense of humour. Being a local (who also loves food) I knew many of the facts that were imparted to us, but there were SO MANY things that were new to me as well. The food was all excellent, and plentiful. Tom's relationship with the vendors is fantastic so we were treated well by the various stall owners in Borough Market and got to sample a lot of fantastic treats. All in all it was an excellent afternoon, despite the somewhat typical London November weather (damp and grey). Highly recommend. If you get Tom as your guide you are guaranteed a good time.
