Don’t use this company. Very expensive for what? The audio was off, we had passed places of interest after the commentary kicked in so we missed a lot. Several of the audio’ s were not working on seats on the upstairs of the bus so some people were just sitting there not knowing what they were looking at. There was five of us and a complete waste of money. Finally not enough information and please turn that annoying music off.

There weren't enough buses so although it was possible to get on the bus, it wasn't possible to go upstairs so it wasn't really an open top tour, it was a downstairs bus tour. We didn't go on the river tour but had to pay for it anyway.

Really friendly drivers, super easy to do, especially with the app, great to have a rest from walking and jump on bus through the day. London Eye and ferry good too.

We took the Big Bus hop on hop off bus in London on August 6th. We were so lucky that we got on one of the few bussed that had a live tour operator. What a difference this makes!!!! We were double lucky that we got Big Steve as our bus tour guide and he was absolutely amazing! Not only was he super knowledgeable on the key sites, he was witty, interacted with the customers and gave us tips on where we should get off for a bite to eat, which stop was ideal to take for the cruise. All in all this experience was fantastic and largely due to Big Steve! Apparently having a live tour guide is the exception on this bus and I sincerely hope they make it a more regular occurrence. Thank you Big Steve!

This experience was extremely horrible. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. The boat was supposed to make a loop and bring use back to the London eye and it didn't happen. It docked and we haf to get off. We got on the hop on bus to get back to the London Eye and driver never discussed any stops. As a result, we missed the London Eye because he didn't say to get off at Waterloo even though we kept asking where to get off. In my opinion we wasted $208 dollars. As a result we are extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this excursion to anyone.

The entire experience was great. Bus drivers were friendly and very helpful. They Eye was much more than I though, wasn't prepared for the jump on jump off experience. But I have enjoyed my stay in London and my Big DayOut

The whole package was a great experience especially the London Eye, however getting the bus routes and the ticket at the London eye was not that smooth I believe service in that area can be improved but overall it great experience

I did the walking tour for the changing of the guards with Julia (Julie?) And she was wonderful she made sure we all got great spots to the point where I was able to be dead center for the marching. She was also helpful in helping me find a good place so I could try a vegetarian full English breakfast. I would have loved to have her talking about everything on the tour busses too. The bus was great and all the drivers were nice but the pre recordings weren't the best when it came to timing and finishing the thought about the place. What I mean by this is the recordings would cut on way too early or when we've already passed the sight, which meant I often couldn't get a good visual of what they were talking about. Another problem was they would be talking about a sight and it would randomly cut off the recording and would go back to the songs.
