My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. The audio went right along with the tour and we were able to see all of the sights. I didn’t get the view of Buckingham Palace like I hoped for, but it may be restrictions so we just drove by later, but it was still great. I’m sure the boat tour would have been great, but we didn’t have time for it. I recommend the red route.

Disappointed, we booked the tour expecting to have an tour full of historic facts. What we received was limited historical information and more just approaching a stop for the following sights. Went past numerous historical places no mention of them, the recorded commentary was mostly music or what was know has “big bus banter” not what we were expecting. I would say that the recording was around 70% music. Would not recommend.

Great first day adventure to get a lay of the land here in London. Provided a wonderful overview of city and allowed us to pinpoint where we wanted to explore the rest of our visit! Hop on hop off was easy and plenty of options so never waited very long. Good narration. Pleasant ride. Great views.

If the site would allow for a (-1) review of the company this company would qualify. The driver seemed to have gotten lost, circled an entire area 3 times stoped the bus and was told then by his supervisor that all passengers will get off and can wait for the next bus in 30-40 min…when I confronted them them became belligerent seeming to threaten me with physical violence. I’m guessing this is probably a common practice with this company especially towards Americans whom they appear to have issues with as well. When traveling to a foreign country one would expect at least to be treated with common courtesy in the same way I would treat anyone else regardless of their country of origin. I would caution any Americans traveling to London to avoid this tour company. Their lack of professionalism as company and poor business standards will result in their eventual bankruptry…. American‘s be aware of this company…unfortunately these individuals lack any type of manners….poor reflection of the people of the city

This option included walking tours. Julia took us on a Changing of the Guards tour. It’s was excellent. She knew where to go for the best views. She also took us to the horse Guards. She was knowledgeable and an excellent guide. Highly recommend.

Frequency of buses was great. Audio was ok but would prefer less silly commentaries & more facts & history. Tour did cover all areas described in brochure. Drivers were courteous.

The commentary is the worst I have ever heard on a bus tour anywhere in the world. It was diabolical. I loved the big bus tours in the past so chose this one for my granddaughter on her first trip to London. We were on the bus an hour and a half before we saw anything of interest and put up with the awful commentary. Never again

The tour visited all the right spots but the audio guide was pretty bad. It was more music and slapstick comedy than actual interesting facts and history

The audio commentary was sparse And what there was didn’t synch with your surroundings. It was mostly music and ads. Not enjoyable at all.

Really enjoyed the convenience of being able to hop-on or hop-off. When hopping back on at one particular stop we weren’t told that the bus wasn’t going in chronological order and were taken to the end of the red route.
