We had a great time yesterday on the Borough Market tour with Paddy!! The history walk around the area was an unexpected bonus! Paddy was an excellent guide, and we were lucky to find a few places to sit and enjoy our bites along the way! I highly recommend the tour for those wanting to try a bite of British (well, maybe not so British) food. The sausage roll, fish, and the sticky toffee pudding were highlights everyone loved.

A great tour provided by Paddy! Learning about the food, history and architecture was an apt blend and representation of one of the world's great cities.

An amazing tour with Lauren, who was so kind and lovely - so informative and fun. She made the day more than we could ask for. We accidentally went to breakfast before, having just arrived in London the day prior and being excited for an English Breakfast - and knowing that often times you have to wait a bit to eat on tours like this. That was a mistake on us -- we were greeted by Lauren on time at the exact meeting spot which was so easy to find, and then did a quick intro to meet the other people on our tour. (This tour had ten guests total which was rather large for them I believe, but it didn't seem big at all.) We had about five bites and beverages through the day, and no shortage of food and large portions. The final stop was more leisurely, and a great way to get to connect more with the people on the tour if you wanted to, and in this case a great way to share recommendations about other people's trips. After that, we went back to the market to revisit places that we didn't have time for on the tour -- as the tour is indeed face paced with a lot of ground to cover. You will absolutely want to leave about 2 hours after the tour to do the same, and walk around to the surrounding areas, the bridges, etc. I'd highly recommend.

This was a wonderful, entertaining food tour with a little history/city knowledge included! Knowing almost nothing about this overwhelming food market (Borough), now I know what is offered and what is the best. I also know much more about London food and the whys behind it. Let’s face it: tours can be boring but not with Lauren and Paddy! They are both personable, humorous and easy to talk with. We went immediately back into the market as well as, later that day, the cathedral they showed us … for the win! Thank you to these amazing tour guides for the tastes of the best food in London and your willingness to tutor us beginners! 10 stars!
