Our guides Richard and Chris were very helpful and informative also the air-conditioned coach was lovely and our driver was great also I'm a bus driver myself and I couldn't have done a better job the way he handled those narrow roads and very tight turns was amazing.

Brilliant guided tour from Fiona and Graham. Fiona’s enthusiasm and knowledge knew no end. Fabulous experience. Although we should have brought my friend’s wheelchair, Fiona did slow the walking parts down. We thank you so much for that.

We did this tour yesterday on July 13 with Fiona and it was an amazing tour with an amazing guide ! Fiona knows everything about the Harry Potter’s world and her game with the Hogwart’s Houses was very pleasant ! Fiona was very kind, pleasant and funny so it was a pleasure to spend the whole afternoon with her ! We were a French family but we understood everything she explained so we’d like to thanks her a lot !! One more thing : Ravenclaw forever !!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY it was boring, plain and simply. It’s not worth £20. To start of with the location to the start of the tour was impossible to find, with multiple people who were on the tour was unsure of where abouts we was supposed to have been. Then to find out when the tour guide got there that the so called BUS was actually a coach, the coach had two small screens with 10 second clips of some of the characters of Harry Potter. When on the coach the guide told us more about landmarks then the actual film of Harry Potter, this may be good for tourists but as a local this is something we already knew. Couldn’t see much out of the windows as view was distorted so couldn’t see areas of making of Harry Potter. Bus was very hot, air conditioning did not work. When getting of the bus at key locations there was short walks, felt the tour guide was very rushed. When at the locations the places were derelict with no welcoming staff to greet you. Spoke more about COVID closing businesses than the making of Harry Potter, had people posing with brick walls and showed a few pictures of scenes of the films that wasn’t even the actors themselves. Also mentioned that they can’t show anything to do with Harry Potter because they can be sued although this tour is called wizards London bus tour of Harry Potter! Conning people into buying a tour that is legitimately franchised. The only part of the tour that was to do with Harry Potter was the shop at the end in kings cross station. We might as well have just gone there ourselves and saved ourselves the money. It was so boring we chose to leave the group before the end of the tour. 0 value for money. Will be contacting virgin experience for refund.

Tour was great fun and our guide Eva was excellent at sharing information and enhancing the experience. The meeting spot was slightly tricky to find and others in the group also said this. This was described as a "bus tour" but you actually go on a coach and get off at 3 locations. I struggle with mobilty and found there to be a fair amount of (very quick) walking and standing.

We are the kind of people who never do bus tours when travelling but I thought the mix of seeing London and Potter sights was perfect, especially with lazy kids! I wasn't wrong either. Personally I enjoyed it more than the trip to the studios. Probably down to the tour guide who did a fantastic job.
