Russell was a brilliant guide he was fun and interacted with the group. A fantastic way to spend a day and meet paddington. Would recommend this as a must do.

The train ran late, so when my family arrived at the address listed as the meeting place, 10 minutes late, no one was there. I spoke to some man in a store, and he told me I was at the wrong location, to go to the train station. When I stated I was there for the Paddington tour, he didn't know what I was talking about. I tried calling the number, but because I live in the US, the call wouldn't go through, so I had to download WhatsApp to communicate with someone. I wanted to try and reschedule before my vacation ended, but they could not help. I asked for an email address, but that email only allows for reservations. It was the WORSE experience of my life!!! My seven-year-old daughter was disappointed, AND I lost money. You NEED to set up a better system to communicate with people in case they run late. Now, I have no way of getting my money back. I would NEVER recommend you to anyone ever.

I did this as an a solo adult and loved every minute of it. Great for the entire family. Eva was so interactive and knowledgeable.

Really enjoyed the tour . Harry was a great guide- funny, friendly and informative . The tour brought us through lovely parts of London - Little Venice, Portobello etc . We are a mixed age group and all enjoyed it . Very cheap too !

Our tour guide was friendly and interacted well with everyone. At times it was a struggle to hear but this was due to the odd very busy location not the guide. A fun way to spend a morning.
