Martin was our man for this day out. Picked us up early and entertained us for the whole day. One super experience after another. Have something you'd like to see just tell Martin and he'll take you there. Thank you Martin and David for a great day.

Found London Country Tours after going through options via google for a private tour. As David advised in our email exchange, they offer ‘driver guided tours, they do not accompany you inside the venues.” Cost was better option versus individual tour as we were 5 adults - paid in cash after the tour. Short succinct email communications to book, no deposit and follow up required. Reliable service, as driver, Martin was there early and we started at 8:30. Martin asked us what we wanted from the day and suggested an itinerary we agreed to - Oxford, the Cotswolds, the Stratford-upon-Avon. Prior to dropping us off at each stop, Martin provided a brief commentary, e.g., number in the collection of books at Oxford’s Bodleian Library, the dominance and heights of sheep industry which is so central to history of the Cotswolds, the significance of words such as ‘stow’, ‘wold’, and ‘shire’ embedded in names of places. Highlight for the day was lower and higher Slaughter. Thanks Martin for the day. We learnt a lot from you.

David wouldn’t be recommended by Rick Steves if he wasn’t amazing!!! Truly had the best time riding around the Cotswolds with David. He is knowledgeable, personable, and a great guide! He takes you to all the hidden gems of the Cotswolds! Couldn’t recommend his tour more!

This was a great day. Our guide, Marty was very informed and fun. We felt comfortable and not hurried. We would choose this company again and definitely request Marty as our driver.
