I enjoyed the trip but was VERY disappointed in the fact that we only had 40 minutes in the Cotswold and that was my main reason for the trip. We had to eat lunch and barely had time to get our food. We did not even have a chance to go in one store or walk around at all!!!

Excellent itinerary, so the tour had lots of promise. Much more expensive than other similar tours with larger operators (likely due to the small bus\small tour setup). The problem that we encountered is that the tour guide was late (which can happen). However that just foreshadowed what the attitude was. In pretty much all the venues he had very little to say in terms of history or anecdotes other than "....let's meet up in an hour etc" leaving us on our own which is not what we signed up for. He did ask me would I rather have him come along in Oxford or we can do it ourselves. "What!!??". In one instance, in terms of the rare historical anecdotes which is what many of us signed up for , the same story was repeated. He did however, give many personal stories of his family, friends etc. Lastly, he forgot that a certain entrance fee was included in the tour which was only undertaken after a fellow traveller pointed it out and he confirmed it with head office. He had no clue. Sorry but this is the reality.

Our guide was very personable and shared a lot of detail and history. He also pointed out areas that were inspirations for various works like the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and scenes were captured for the Harry Potter Films. I would definitely recommend this tour and our guide Tobey again!

We loved Oxford University. So beautiful! Our guide Andrew was so knowledgeable and passionate to teach us about the area. The Cotswolds are amazing. The small bus aspect was perfect snd allowed us to go places not normally seen. Also a big shoutout to our driver Andy! A great experience. Pickup and drop off were easy- we (6 of us) took a taxi from our hotel to make sure no problems getting to site).

Awesome tour. Our guide Tony and driver Paul were great. When we were searching for a tour we (3) wanted a small group, imagine our delight when it was only the three of us on this tour! One person had a disability and because it was only the three of us they were able to tweak the tour to make it easier for her. We had such lively discussions with Tony and finished our tour with so much information about the Cotswolds, Stratford, Oxford and England. It was absolutely one of the best tours ever. Because of the smaller vehicle we traveled on many local and smaller roads and were able to enjoy so much of the countryside! I would strongly recommend this tour, but request Tony as your guide for the best experience.

There was no driver at the pickup point. We walked up and down the street confirming that we were at the correct location. Not even the staff at the Hard Rock Hotel, where we were supposed to meet, were aware of the tour. After we arived back at our own hotel the tour operator contacted and informed us that the driver was at the pickup point and would not admit that the driver was late. They then refused to collect us from our hotel and insisted that we travel to Kensington if we wanted to continue the tour. We insisted that we wanted a refund. The tour operator said she would send us correspondence to address same via email. When we recieved the correspondence they basicly shifted the blame and informed us they will not be refunding us as everything was our fault and we were being untruthful. The tour operator was international friends. Disgusting customer serivice.

Great tour and knowledgeable guide. The small tour bus made the English countryside more accessible and enjoyable. The day flew by because of the many sites and activities. The actors at Shakespeare' home were marvelous. I highly recommend this tour.

Jose, our tour guide, was arguably one of the best guides I’ve ever had the opportunity to travel with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the areas and was excited to share his knowledge with the group. He went out of his way to ensure that all had a wonderful day!
