Excellent tour! Andrew was great! Very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic and took good care of the whole group. Right amount of time for guided or self-guided activities. Highly recommend

This isn’t a proper tour. They just book the train tickets and accommodation - and that too at a much higher cost. There isn’t a good guided tour - just a 1.5 hr bus ride to show the places around. After that, its ‘free’ time to roam around - no attractions included in the tour 🙁

Viator tours have always been a good experience until this one. I was given information to meet at 6:15 a.m. in the train station next to the Information desk, but no one was there. I realized that I was on my own to catch a train. I signed up for Viator because I wanted a stress free experience and to be in a group tour. I was extremely stressed as I had to navigate a very large train station, board and disembark on my own. Once in Edinburgh, I searched in a large crowd for any sign of Viator to no avail. I finally found my tour guide holding an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper with font size 20 on it saying International Friends. The 2 hour bus tour was very nice and Fran was very helpful in getting us checked into a great hotel. However, there were several of us in the group who realized that that was the end of the tour and we were now on our own for the rest of the time and once again would have to navigate a large train station to get back to London. The description of the tour on days 2 and 3 never says it will be on your own and says, leave all the planning to someone else. I was led to believe I would still be with a tour group. It was not a stress free trip as I had to figure out what to do on days 2 and 3 by myself. I think this was very misleading and I was very disappointed.
