I did a lot of research and really debated with myself but finally landed on the 7 attraction pass option. Of the three of us in our party, I was the only one able to use all 7 attractions. I was really glad I hadn't gone with a more expensive option and wasted even more money but I was not thrilled with this pass either. When you buy something like this, you are taking a gamble that no one will get sick or simply be too tired to enjoy using all the attractions you have bought. I lost that gamble on my husband and son. That said, it was really nice to have tickets basically already bought. Most of the time, I just showed my passes and got into the attractions, no problems. This was especially helpful at the Tower of London and Westminster where lines were long. When I did have a problem getting my pass recognized, the Old Royal Naval College folks just let us in because they could see we had the pass. That was great, but it made me nervous about other attractions so I emailed customer support. That was a waste of time. The reply I received showed that the person had not read my email. They gave no help whatsoever but rather just stated facts that I had read a hundred times on their website. Thank goodness the problem was just an isolated incident. I was very disappointed in support, but when the pass worked well, it was nice. I saved money on my trip, broke even on my husband's and lost on my son's. If I had it to do over again, I would probably have gone for less attractions and then paid for any tickets I needed after that. I wound up buying some tickets anyway, since there were plenty of things we wanted to do that weren't on the list. The Churchill War Rooms were a great attraction that I was surprised not to find on the list. The Warner Brother's Studio Tour was also one that we had to do, so there was another day when we didn't use our passes. One thing I did want to note: you have to choose either Big Bus Tours or Golden Tours for your Hop On Hop Off Bus tour if you decide to use that as one of your attractions. I picked Golden Tours and I'm not sure I can recommend it. I took an hour of frustration trying to find the first bus stop. Google will not get you there. As I was looking I saw several Big Buses go by. Once I finally found Golden Tours, I watched several more Big Bus tours go by. The Golden Tours are more extensive in scope but I'm not sure they were worth the wait. I killed good bit of time that day waiting for a bus. During the day, the recorded tour was nice but didn't cover as much as there was time for. Then to cap it off, one of my trips was interrupted by a demonstration. We all got off and walked rather than sit there. Totally not the fault of Golden Tours, but I wish I had not chosen Saturday as my day to do my bus tour. Traffic is much more of an issue and you sit a lot waiting to move. Finally, on my third hop on, I got a very pleasant surprise. Joe, the live tour guide was on the top of the bus, giving a very entertaining tour with great insights and fun facts. He made all the waiting worthwhile and I'm glad he and Mustafa the bus driver came along. Still, if I had it to do again, I might pick a different day when demonstrations are not so likely. So, all in all, because of the convenience, I do think I would buy this pass again, but not for the money saving or great customer service.

Unfortunately, the only thing we used the pass for was Westminster Abbey. I was looking through the various tours and came across this one and thought it was a great deal! In my excitement, I paid for the pass and then realized I had already purchased the tickets for the sites we wanted to see, including the Tower of London opening ceremony tour and Kensington palace. We ended up missing the Kensington tour because we were exhausted. Live and learn!

We bought a Paris all-inclusive city pass and thought that we could visit as many attractions as possible but at our 2nd last attraction, the pass didn't work and we had to contact customer support only to be told that there was a purse value attached to the pass and we were running too low on purse value. If we had been told at the start that there was a purse value for an ALL-INCLUSIVE pass, we would have prioritised our choice of attractions accordingly.... This information was hidden right at the bottom on the FAQ and they've advertised the pass as "All-Inclusive Pass. Visit as many Paris attractions as you wish over 2, 3, 4 or 6 days. See more, pay less!". No mention of a purse value at all when you're purchasing the pass! In addition, many of the places that we wanted to go to had limited opening times and were scattered across central Paris. That resulted in us having to travel from one-part of Paris to another in order to visit the attractions that we wanted to see. Fortunately we were fit and could walked miles during our trip but anyone with limited mobility and kids will struggle to actually make it worth the while.

Bought the city pass and it was so easy to use. Everything was straight forward. We visited the Tower of London followed by a river Thames cruise and then Hampton court Palace. Will be using the city pass again when next visiting London

We were unable to use the Go City Pass. We downloaded what we thought was the ticket but the attractions could not scan the pass. We paid $246.16 for a pass that we were unable to use. We ended up paying out of pocket for attractions. We believe our money should be refunded. It would have been a good idea if it had worked.

I would not recommend purchasing the City Pass thru Viator. Our first stop was Tower of London and they weren’t able to scans our bar code so I had to buy our tickets at this location. We then went to the Royal Albert Hall and it did not work there either. I called Viator when at Tower of London to get assistance but it was a US number and they weee closed. I did request a refund and it is in process.

London pass is great , of course the time is too less to cover all of the attractions but its worth the price. i wish the London eye was added to the pass.

Excellent, very convenient for anyone who visits London. We really enjoyed the bus tour and have already visited a couple of attractions without the trouble of buying tickets for each individual place. I especially like the idea that you can use the pass over a period of 60 days, as you cannot really appreciate too many things in one day: if you spend a few days in London you can better enjoy a couple of attractions each day.

The savings on this pass are useless if you cannot get into the attractions that you have paid for. I was under the impression that this pass would give you preferential bookings and/or 'jump the queue' status. It is nothing of the sort! Frankly, I would rather pay full price (or even a premium) if it would guarantee a visiting time (within an hour or so let's say). Madame Tussauds was impossible... 4 hour queue time just to get a booking based upon the pass! The only way that this pass is of any value is out of season... can anybody tell me when London is 'out of season'? Very unhappy.

So I bought this thinking it would save time when visiting attractions as well as money. visit in the London eye first and discovered that they can’t scan the voucher on your phone at the entrance. So, you have to go wait on line with everyone else trying to purchase a ticket to collect a paper ticket and then go back and wait in the line for the ride. So you wait 20 minutes to get your ticket to then go wait on line to get on the eye another hour. It’s ridiculous. They should have someone outside at the eye ticket booth with a scanner for those who or e-purchased to hand our paper tickets. The same thing happened at Westminster Abbey. Those people with an explorer pass should be able to get in a different line.
