I used this pass for the tower of London, Kensington Palace and hop on hop off bus. I had it ready for St Paul’s cathedral and southwark cathedral, however, was never asked to see my pass. I did go during mass on Sunday, which might be the reason. Kensington palace requires advance reservations, so I wasn’t sure Gocity was going to get back with me in time. They require 3 days notice, which I was unaware when I purchased the pass. Gocity did get back to me the day before, so I adjusted my plans to make the visit. My issue is with the misleading advertising regarding the hop on hop off bus. I expected to use everything that was on the pass for every day that I had the pass for, this is not the case. We struggled with finding a bus stop and finally found one on the 2nd day. Met another couple that had problems with finding marked bus stops. We did not have time to sit on the slow moving bus so we walked the rest of the way to the British museum. Day three of the pass we hailed a bus right outside our hotel, apparently they had been rerouted. We showed the bus driver the ticket that was printed by the bus driver from the previous day. He pointed out that it was expired, we were confused thinking that it should be good one more day. The bus driver seemed angry because he has had several tourists with the exact same issue. We immediately got off the bus!!! Gocity needs to either give us the access to the hop on hop off bus the number of days of the pass or only offer it with the one day pass. This is deceptive advertising and I would not have bought it for 3 days had I known.

We visit 4 munuments in 4 days with the London Explorer Pass, but there are a lot more of monuments and things included. Excellent option to travel and visit the best places in London without rushing.

Most of the available options are for tours and attractions that offer lower prices when booked directly. We instantly noticed this when visiting our selections and are very disappointed with the price paid. You’ll need to pull out paper and a calculator to determine if this is valuable for you.

This saved us money. No queuing to buy tickets. Uber boat on river was hop on hop off at destinations, we used this pass for attractions which were on the pass.

Bought in February, for trip to London in September. Was mislead that View from Shard was included. Tried to contact via email, no response or chance to rectify situation! Unexceptable. What kind of guarantee are they promoting 🤨

The pass was great for us, really helped saving some money. It would be great to include the Eye as well, or other major attractions.

I purchased the GoCity Explorer Pass directly from their website, but their payment system error charged me for three duplicated passes. Despite reaching out to their customer support team multiple times, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. The lack of communication has made this experience incredibly frustrating.

London Pass worked good for most attractions, but the HMS Belfast is not covered anymore. Until last week this was Stil advertised on the APP. This added 81 GPB and we did not saved any money with the London Pass

It worked very easily at each venue. Sometimes we had to go to the ticket window to get a ticket from the attraction using our London Pass and other times they just clicked on the London Pass QR code. It was nice to have the app with all the attractions and information about each listed along with distance from our destination. That helped us plan our days. I believe we saved money even though we didn't use the last of our 7 events during our 3 days. The days go fast and about 2 attractions a day is realistic.

We bought the 5 attraction pass and it worked out well for all the attractions we visited. This pass does not give you faster access to any of the attractions, it just saves you the hassle of buying each ticket separately. The only negative is the purse value that is attached to each pass. I found out about this after buying the pass. Thankfully we did not exhaust the purse value based on the attractions we visited.

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.
