Just wanted to say a huge Thankyou to Alfie, who worked on the river tour boat. He was extremely kind with helping me and my young daughter manage getting on and off the boat with my mobility scooter, couldn’t have asked for a kinder man. He not only helped us on and off the boat but helped me with putting my scooter on charge and making sure we were comfortable upstairs. All members of the crew were great but Alfie went that extra mile which made the whole experience so much more relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks so much Alfie

Well worth it - the bus ticket is for a full 24 hours so we did the red route on the Sunday afternoon when we arrived and the blue route on the Tuesday morning. Our visit was during the very hot weather and as my granddaughter is 5 and my grandson 5 months we decided to stay on the bus both days. The red route was covered by a 'live' guide the blue by a pre-recorded audio. Both were interesting and informative. The drivers were helpful and patient with customers getting on and off allowing them time to get seated. They were also helpful in advising us where to safely stow our pushchair. Due to the excessive heat we decided not to use the river boat trip.

Emma, our in person guide, was lovely & very informative. On the recording it would be very helpful to have the stop number.

As we hopped on and off we had several tour guides but one really stood out, Emma was really passionate about the history of London and was so good with answering questions from our son. Highly recommend

I showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and they were gone. I called customer service and they would not give me a refund because it says somewhere you must be 15 minutes early. They were rude and not understanding of a visitor to their country that didn’t know the area and got caught in a traffic jam.

Dominic was excellent! Such a fantastic night time tour of London. Dominic was very knowledgeable, witty and informative. He interacted with adults, teens and children on our tour. It was one of the best things we did whilst touring London. Thank you Dominic - you were brilliant.

The bus is great for getting around London for a day, although the underground is really just as good. The audio-guide is unfortunately rather lackluster. It often just plays music, instead of constantly providing facts about london if there isn't an important building nearby. We give a 5-star rating for the guide though, Simon made this a truly memorable experience. He should be an actor, with his charm and wit. Along with insightful of facts about the city, he also gave plenty of insider tips about the theatrical life of London, and where to look for tickets. Thanks a lot Simon, you really made our day! :)
