ago Terrible... Apart from a nice-looking bus, it was a horrible tour. Dreadful loud music, the guide who served as well had a thick European accent, making it difficult understanding him; food was just about edible. Seriously speaking, this company is conning tourists on the pretext of being a 'tour of London' More like a noisy, bumpy drive around London being fed dry food

We had a great time on the tour. Tea and all the food was really really good. Great view from the top of the double decker bus. Only wish they provided some guidance one what we were seeing. It really wasn't a guided tour, but more of a tea/food buss while viewing London.

Lovely afternoon tea experience with great sightseeing. Sandwiches and scones were great. The onboarding place was easy to find. Thanks to tour bus operators and staff for making it memorable and entertaining.

Lovely afternoon out, actually on the top deck. So much to see, the commentary was excellent and informative, the food and drink lovely. This was a birthday present to me from my parents. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend! The other tourists were a mixture of family groups and friends. It was all adults, but would be perfectly suitable for children as well. We would really like to thank the staff on the bus - our hosts, Catalina and Tania and the driver, Mike.

There were 8 of us. We were over from Canada and so looking forward to the tour. The sandwiches were dried up by the time we were served but the rest of the food was good. On a positive note, we were offered additional glasses of Prosecco, which was great! Our guides were Mehdi and Daya. They were very pleasant and looked after us well. However, the biggest disappointment was the commentary on the tour. The background music was too loud and the commentator did not have a microphone so we were unable to hear what was being said. To his credit he frequently came to us as a group to repeat what had been said but the bus had moved on to the next site by then. I have previously done the afternoon tea bus tour with Ben’s Bakery and found it more professional and faultless.

Had a great time, our tour guide Ilham was full of life and very attentive, with lots of information about what we saw. the tea was very nice, should have left the clotted cream in the fridge a bit longer though . Ivan the driver drove very smoothly , we didn’t spill a drop of our drinks on the journey.

Beautiful bus kitted out with tables for your food and drinks. The staff were so lovely and friendly, from the bus driver to the waiting staff. Complimentary drink on arrival, we chose mimosa. The food was nice, sandwiches a bit dry but fine. The scones and cakes were delicious. There was music playing for some of the journey then they would turn it down to point out some of the sights to us and tell us a bit about them. After lunch you get a fantastic choice of teas including peppermint, green tea, Earl grey, breakfast tea and many more. Your tea comes in a plastic cup with lid which you get to keep as a soy inert which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this experience.

I booked this for the Friday of the jubilee weekend. I’m not sure about the value for money. The sandwiches were already out as we got on the bus. It took some time to get everyone on and subsequently the sandwiches were dry by the time the bus started moving. The waiter was playing his own favourite music which being dance/ rap style it wasn’t in keeping with the theme. It was also initially set at disco volume. He did turn it down when asked but in all it wasn’t appropriate.
