Great tour with beautiful city views at night. We found out about places to visit that we otherwise would have missed. Emma was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide.

We were lucky enough to have a live tour guide on our bus. Her name was Emma and she was absolutely full of facts about London. I really enjoyed learning about the small facts and how much of London still has some very old buildings in it.

Our guide Emma was amazing. She knew a lot of trivia about London and was really entertaining and kind. When we come back to London we would only book a tour with her!

Emma literally made my trip! I only had about a 8 hour layover here and I am so glad I chose this bus over the other options. I’ve done dozens of audio guides tour buses but there is no comparison with a knowledgeable friendly amazing guide. I would have paid double for her over an audio guide that’s how amazing she’s been!

Live tour guide makes the difference. We had a knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic tour guide called Emma. She made the difference between this tour and all the other hop on bus tours. Her knowledge was thorough. We have a 9 and 11 year old and they enjoyed it. All the staff where friendly. At the starting point one of the organisers even spent time with our children getting the local squirrels eating out of their hands. This friendly customer service, makes a big difference to us.

This tour was the highlight of my London trip! Emma, our guide, is such a star - an historian, comedian and event manager all in one!
