Very let down by this ‘post show’ service unfortunately. The departure time of 2130 is actually mid show (Andrea Boccelli) and the concert doesn’t finish for another hour so a misleading description and promise. We queued with no directions for ‘express’ ticket holders and were switched with no explanation onto a longer request stop service (albeit a very pleasant experience) This meant we arrived at Waterloo after the last tube had left - a very expensive cab home as a result! Please, Thames Clippers, can you communicate with the venue and update your information.

This is a great way to see the River Thames and get from A to B. We took this boat from Greenwich to Tower drop off and back again after attending the Ceremony of the Keys. It was a lovely evening with great weather. We were also lucky to see the sunset going to the Tower and the moon rise on the return to Greenwich.. This was fast, clean and great service. This is a the best mode of transportation vs a Taxi if the weather is good.

Terrible service. We spent over an hour and all toilets were closed apparently they were 'ruined' and nobody could use them. 4 toilets. All out of order. We couldn't use anything. Over an hour and thirty minutes on this over priced, over tired service and the staff were truly rude. Would not recommend.

Big place for improvement in communication, competency and costumer friendliness. I asked at the ticket office at Westminster pier, when is the next service we can use to Woolwich Arsenal. They said 12 min. We walked in to the end of the pier, with two seniors, one with a hip replacement. We asked again when is the next service on the pier from the two persons staffing the boarding area E. They said we must wait 24-30 min. I was already a bit disappointed, as there is nowhere to sit and the waiting time inflated to the double, but we understood that weekend can be busy. We started queing, no problem. The first service went away after ~15 min time. Then a second came 30 min after, the que started to move and before boarding I asked if this service is to Woolwich Arsenal. The lady said it isn't! They made my elderly parents que 50 minutes for something which is not even the service we wanted, and I asked 2 times before they told us that the boat will terminate in North Greenwich. When I asked, the gent could not tell when the service to Woolwich Arsenal will start, if there are any, they just asked us to leave the line, he was rude, condescending and he visibly found it funny that we could not use the service in the end. We went back to the tube to travel home, because prosthetic hips and one 50 min ques are not besties, the whole experience was pretty much a downer for our weekend. At a different time in springtime we wanted to use the service, but it was not operating, but we could not find any announcements online or on the pier.

Would recommend using this service but just a little bit annoyed that Uber didn't use the bank holiday timetable and carried on using the normal weekday one. Therefore instead of us being taken to our chosen destination we had to get off at North Greenwich and then make our way home from there. The staff on this trip were a bit more helpful than the one we had taken a few days before, where I thought they were particularly rude. Not too much of a problem for me because I told him what I thought but if I were a tourist then this doesn't show how good a service this could potentially be. I appreciate that they have a tight schedule to keep but there is no need for rudeness. Hence only a 4 start rating. I would still say give this a go, it was a really good way to see all the sights of London along the Thames and if you buy a travel card it will allow you to get on and off the boat as you get to the wonderful attractions along the river and then get on another boat a bit later. There are also toilet facilities on board as well as a refreshment bar.

This boat is good however you cannot see out the windows clearly as they have not been washed. Pretty basic isn't it to keep the windows clean??? Let down

Never ever agin . In Westminster pier for 45 minutes waiting for a boat . You ll never know when you are able to get on board the boat. The guy asked to tap the credit card then when the boat arrive, just pray is not full otherwise you must wait for the next .and then the next . We re in the front row since one hour . No clarity, no chance to understand when you ll get on board . 45 minutes waiting and we re the first row .and money already payed . Just avoid the service .

The trip down the River from London Bridge to the Tate Britain was well worth the money. We were lucky with the weather and the lighting, so my photos came out really well.

Used to be a nice journey but Uber seem to be intent on running the service into the ground. Unreliable, Overcrowded and Expensive.

Why it is called Uber Boat at all? I’ve purchased my tickets through Uber app in august, it charged me twice, I didn’t get a refund, three times emailed them, no action taken. So decided not to lose my money and go for the second ride today. Guess what, the app wasn’t showing any of my tickets and I had to buy another ticket on the spot. Losing another £35 (x2 return tickets Greenwich-Battersea). Guess what, the tickets were not showing on the app but it charged me. The guys checking the tickets aren’t helpful as they only have time to quickly boarding ppl, thank god they let us travel. Very unpleasant situations tho, to explain to each person what happened and prove through my bank statement that I’ve paid for the trip. Ridiculous, unprofessional. Don’t provide and advertise this service if you can’t honor it UBER and on top of it you are absolutely rubbish at customer service. You are unreachable and just robotic. DON’T BUY any tickets on the UBER APP, it’s a rubbish app. You just going to lose your money and nerves. If you want to travel by boat just use your contactless card.
