This is perhaps not the cheapest way to get around but it is by far the most enjoyable - by a long way. As well as the relaxed way of getting about what really made it was the happy, smiling staff. Always a hello and a goodbye everyone appeared to be genuinely happy - from the staff on board to the team at the dockside - all great. The Hope On Hop Off Pass definitely made it easy and especially as our hotel was further East. Highly recommend it and a final "well done" to the teams.

Went to ticket kiosk and asked best and cheapest way to travel just for the day. 2 adults, one child. Advised pay for child return ticket, which we did and just tap in and tap out for your return trip. Tapped in at Tower Bridge, tapped out at Embankment. For our Return trip we tapped in at London eye and tapped out at Tower pier. First leg of trip was good. Second was horrendous. Left in direct sunshine for over 1.15 with a young child. People in wheelchairs, babies in buggies. It was so unnecessary. Boats were either not running or full. When we asked length of time for next one, we were all told 20 mins. That was not true. The staff laughed when we asked again how long, as there was obviously a problem. They said everywhere busy. No information was given and they just did not care. Had we known the real truth we would have left and used tube. Then to find we had been charged 37.20 each for our 2 boat rides! No way of contacting anyone. Be aware of what you are doing when using Uber Thames boat.

Such a great way to see parts of London, you wouldn't normally see. Make sure you check the time table, and journey times. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed getting away from the business of London roads. We went both East and West, stopped off at greenwich for lunch.

Fantastic day in London made even better by using the clipper! Hopping on and off is seamless with friendly helpful staff at every station

Terribly organised. Long queues (25 mins without moving), zero communication. Also lots of queue pushers. Aborted this for the City one and got on immediately.

Left us stranded for over an hour 3 boats didn’t turn up west from Greenwich 21:53 14/08/22. Left people on the platform who had been waiting for at least 90 minutes. Awful service do not recommend. Our journey east was not much better earlier in the day.

Terrible expérience more than 1h of waiting time to get a boat. Selling tickets without capacity is a shame. Uber things Choose the bus or the subway instead.

Awful experience ended up missing the first 15 mins of Frozen with my eight year old daughter who was hysterical by the end of the tour. Got on a Bankside and was told the family roamer would be best as we could hop on and hop off and our leisure. Regular boats etc. went to Westminster and then looked at the Houses of Parliament and as it was so hot decided to go to Greenwich. Checked with staff the length of journey and that there wound be a return boat within 3-4 minutes of arrival. The boat got to Greenwich and we were told that it was going on break so everyone had to get off but again there would be one in 3-4 minutes. Well we waited 40 in the baking heat and it took ages to get everyone on and of at each stop as there were so many people waiting we got to embankment about 50 mins late and we had to run to Drury Lane Theatre. I have already complained and complained to TFL.

Absolute disaster. Got tickets online but you can't use them until you change them into real tickets. This meant a long walk across the river to the Embankment station. So after a queue of 30 minutes we are told there is a long queue and an hour wait to the boat. It was my partner's birthday and we have already lost 2 hours of it. Finally got the boat which took us to the O2. The cable car ride was brilliant but after this we have another 30 minute wait for a boat. Finally took the boat to the Globe. When finished there we wait in a queue of seven people for the next boat. We were told 15 minutes and to be fair, the boat arrived in 25 minutes. But it appears there was a breakdown in one of the boats and this one is small. Only 2 people could get on. No worry, the next one will be along soon. By soon they mean more than 30 minutes. So that is now nearly 3 and a half hours wasted. Of course a roamer ticket means you can travel when and where.... If there is a boat!!! It was good to see other boat trips going up and down while we waited for ours. Yes it was busy like London is but value for money? Uber, never again!!!
