My husband and I recently did an eight hour tour of London. This was our first time to London. Gio was great to deal with. He customized the tour to what we wanted to see. We toured the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. We also stopped to see Buckingham Palace. We took a City drive and saw numerous sights. We went to Burroughs Market for fish and chips. Gavin was our guide and Shorof was our driver. They were both awesome! Gavin was the best guide. We definitely will be back and will request Gavin and Shorof. Great company to work with.

Our guide, Mike, met us at our hotel lobby and was well-dressed, and professional. The driver was stuck in traffic and because we selected a hotel nearby Westminster Abbey and selected the Abbey for our choice of entrance tickets, and our we decided to just walk there. The driver was waiting for us afterward. Mike was wonderfully knowledgeable of every aspect of the Abbey and certainly gave us our monies worth. Mike had a great sense of humor and his voice was easily heard and understood. He was very respectful to us and used his 'indoor voice' when it was required in certain areas. I think the only frustration we had was when Mike attempted to show us areas of interest out of the car window and from my seat in the middle, I wasn't able to see very much. Overall, a wonderful introduction to London.

From the point of contact Gio was extremely professional, accomodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We opted for the Churchhill War Rooms and a private guided chauffeured tour of London. Our guide Gavin was fantastic, his knowledge and passion for the subject was excellent. Kept us fully engaged and brought history to life. Gavin's personality made the tour so much more special and to be honest the day went too quickly we did'nt want it to end. Cuddles all round at the end of the tour. When ever we want to do future tours this will certainly be the company we use and would definately request Gavin.

What a FANTASTIC experience. We did a full day tour including stops at the Tower of London and Westminster. Our driver made sure we saw lots of unique and exciting spots along the way (including seeing some horses for our kiddos) and our guide, Mark, was truly the best. He was exceptionally knowledgable and adaptable, finding ways to entertain the kiddos with historical stories while also keeping all the adults engaged. Truly one of the best tours we've been on. Highly recommend.

We toured / days of our trip- Andy and Charlotte were both amazing. So knowledgeable and fun. They made sure we hit all the highlights we were hoping for and even stopped fir coffees when we needed a boost later in the day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. After visiting with several potential guides, Gio made it obvious that his company was the perfect fit! He took the time we had in London and Edinburgh, along with a list of our desired locations to visit and tailored our tour to make the most of every second. The guides we met each day were extraordinary. Ron made Westminster Abbey come to life with his wealth of knowledge (even though we were fighting an extreme case of jet lag 🫠), Rowan knew exactly where to place us for the best views of the changing of the guard at Buckingham palace and managed to have my 10 and 5 year old entranced with the Tower of London. The tour even arranged to drop us off at London Stadium to watch the Cardinals v Cubs in the London Series! Finally, Sarah made our time in Edinburgh perfection. She is the sweetest, friendliest, and most knowledgeable guide in Scotland. She is our new adopted cousin and we hope to go back to see her soon. My 10 year old daughter says that Sarah was the best part of the trip😍! She tailored the day to meet our every desire, including the Harry Potter fans along the way! Thank you all for making our family trip so wonderful and memorable! ❤️

We took the Private Guided and Chauffeured Tour of London yesterday with Harry. We believe a private tour is the best way to experience a city and learn the history and try to take one in every city we visit and Harry provided one of the best tours and gave us wonderful insight into London. We have taken this same tour on prior visits to London with other companies and this was absolutely the best. I selected this tour based upon the other reviews and all the glowing reviews turned out to be true for us. Also Gio is excellent at communication and trying to accommodating the requests of the client.
