The atmosphere and service was impeccable. This was a birthday present for my cousin and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the presentation of sandwiches, desserts, and tea. The staff were friendly and brought our scones after we finished our sandwiches so we could enjoy them while they were warm. Overall, I would recommend this activity to anyone looking to spend an easy and quality afternoon with whomever they invite.

We experienced this afternoon tea in December 2022. The hotel is gorgeously decorated and conveniently located. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. The staff was very friendly. The tea service was wonderful, but honestly way too much food. Because of the way the booking was set up, I booked two 2 person tea services for my party of 5. When we arrived, we told them our situation and they were able to seat us together. We were served 2 of the tea trays and there was no way we could have finished one full tray between the 5 of us. So it felt like a waste, but it was such an amazing experience.

The tea was absolutely lovely. My daughter and I had champagne, different teas to choose from, and a sampling of tasty treats and sandwiches. The staff were all wonderful and attentive to our every need. The atmosphere made you feel like you went back in time and were dining with royalty. I would highly recommend this high tea and treats! Make sure you ask about the history of the hotel.

The ambiance of being in this lovely library could have been enhanced with some classical music in the background. The food presentation was beautiful but the sandwiches were bland. The cucumber could have used a bit of dill snd a pinch of salt. The same with the salmon, the roast beef, a bit of Salt was needed, and the egg salad, too. A nice touch was the scones were served later so they would be warm - a very nice touch! It was good, but I know they could make it better or even best! The basics are there, they just need embellishing! Their service was impeccable! I’d go back again just to see if they’ve improved!

It’s says it’s wheelchair accessible but it isn’t, and now they won’t give a refund even though it was impossible for us to get into the building. They ruined our afternoon with the false advertisement of the accessibility and then stole $300 as a thank you.

This was our first afternoon tea in London. The food and ambiance was very good but the service was severely lacking. The introduction was fine but when it came to actual service, it was poor. We basically had to ask for everything we got because the servers did not come by and check. There were multiple servers and everyone around us seemed to be getting proper service but we did not. It was unfortunate but the tea room was beautiful and the reception was as expected.

My granddaughter wanted to do tea while in London. The Milestone hotel had a lovely tea. We had comfortable seats. It was not crowded and the food was served in a timely manner. We both enjoyed the experience.

It was a fantastic experience at a real English Hotel and afternoon tea room. The food is good and what u dont eat they pack it for u and u can take it with u
