Great way to end a busy day! John the guide was fun and knowledgeable and Mark our driver did a great job navigating road closures. Great photo ops!

We didn't have access to a printer as tourists in London so couldn't physically print the tickets off. We were told we would not be allowed on the bus and we were not allowed a refund. Absolutely dreadful. Lost £76 from our family budget and our 5 year old twins were so upset.

Unfortunately due to many roads being closed we were taking on a different tour however despite traffic jams etc they did a wonderful tour a little slower but still saw lots of the wonderful city and very good commentary.

London is beautiful at night. The guide was informative. If you haven't seen London at night, you should take this tour.

How can this experience be improved? How about NOT charging me for a tour that NEVER TOOK PLACE?!? This tour was scheduled for the day of Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral procession. They let me book it, charged me for it despite the fact that the tour wasn’t going to take place. Now they’re hemming and hawing over issuing me a refund, not to mention that I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to try to communicate with them by phone above this blunder of theirs, NOT mine—incredibly frustrating!!!

TripAdvisor and London by Night really let us down. Purchased tickets via the app for the 18th, got to the spot (along w/10 other people and waited…. 40 minutes later after calling the phone # (not answered after 5p) we all gave up and went home. If the ride was cancelled - they could have sent a text or email but we received nothing. However they did charge my CC.

Great tour, our guide and driver kept us entertained as we navigated the crowds of people and the sea of cars, during this history making time, as the people of London and the surrounding areas celebrate the Queens life: we only missed two scheduled stops, due to blocked roads. My second Viator event and we were not disappointed.

We loved this tour! We were able to see almost all the well-known London sites. We were on the tour the day after the Queen’s passing and the driver and tour guide did a great job navigating with road closures.
