Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor.

Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Castle with a free multimedia tour. From October to March, visitors can also walk through the sumptuous Semi-State Apartments, which served as the private rooms of George IV in the 19th century.

It is one of the largest examples of Perpendicular Gothic architecture in the West Country. The cathedral was consolidated to Wells Cathedral in 1539 after the abbey was dissolved in the Dissolution of the Monasteries, but the name of the diocese has remained unchanged.

Definetly delivered onthe promise of all three and a comfortable bus with a knowledgable guide. Would have liked more time at Windors and a drive by of Stonehedge would have been just fine, but that's a matter of taste.

Andy Jackson of Evan Evans is an excellent tour guide and narrator. He described the pertinent history of the area and featured sights in an intriguing and knowledgeable manner. He's friendly and personable. Most definitely recommended!

We left from Central London and went to Windsor, then Stonehenge, then Bath; we then slept on the bus on the way back to London from Bath. Godfrey, the guide, was able to provide the tour in both English and Spanish and is very fluent in both. Paul, the driver, provided a comfortable ride. The day is a long one...we were a bit spent by the time we were at Bath. However, it's what we wanted to do since we had a limited amount of time in England and it was well worth it.

Had a good time having Kevin leading the tour. He managed the time very well. We were completely on schedule, and he talked to each of us to determine the best departure point (if not going back to Victoria station). Told us a lot related history - never known that could be interesting before. Wish we could go up to the Stonehenge and touch it (but not possible due to regulations for preservation). I think two groups of people in our tour did not buy the all entry ticket option, so Kevin assisted them in buying the tickets for Roman Bath on location. Only after seeing this anomaly did I bother to check and notice there seems to be a price difference of Bath Ticket from Evan Evans vs the standard price. Next time I should exercise more due diligence.
