Pass By: Pulteney Bridge, Bridge St, Bath BA1 1EE England

Our last stop will be a scenic tour of the historic city of Bath, originally built as a place of well-being and relaxation by the Romans over 2,000 years ago. Home to the country’s only natural thermal hot springs, Bath is a delightful city where the ancient world is intertwined with threads of medieval and more recent Georgian history. Our scenic drive of Bath provides an excellent introduction to the major sights of this beautiful city, including Pulteney Bridge, The Assembly Rooms and The Royal Crescent.

Afterwards, the time is yours to explore this beautiful city at your own pace. Wander its cobbled streets and explore the markets, or choose to visit the famous Roman Baths* and learn all about their history.

Pass By: Royal Crescent, Royal Cresent, Bath BA1 1EE England

The Royal Crescent is a row of 30 terraced houses laid out in a sweeping crescent in the city of Bath, England.

Stop At: The Roman Baths, Abbey Church Yard, Bath BA1 1LZ England

The Roman Baths complex is a site of historical interest in the English city of Bath. It is a well-preserved Roman site once used for public bathing.

The Roman Baths themselves are below the modern street level. There are four main features: the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman Bath House and the museum, holding finds from Roman Bath. The buildings above street level date from the 19th century.

The Baths are a major tourist attraction and, together with the Grand Pump Room, receive more than one million visitors a year. Visitors can tour the baths and museum but cannot enter the water.

(if option selected to include entry to Roman Baths)

The most special thing about this trip was our wonderful guide Simon he was so knowledgeable and made the trip so much fun! Our driver was not only a safe driver but very kind. He helped me with my mobility device. I would not hesitate to take another Evan Evans tour next time I’m in London.

Our experience with tour guide, let me be more specific Ms Idlee has been terrible. We were six in the group ,senior citizens we regret taking the tour with this lady. In spite of humble request to go slow arround bath ,she was rude , neglected us and we were lost in the crowd. Better confirm while booking, if senior citizens are taken care of and is the company ready to take responsibility, God forbid if there is any cardiac mishap.

Both our guide, Pete, and driver, Glenn, were amazing. The drive was smooth and safe and the views through the countryside were amazing. Pete offered a fantastic narration of various sites and history of the area. Plus, he new when it was time to take a seat and just allow us to enjoy the ride, only to jump back in just prior to our arrival to get us prepped and ready for stops. It was so enjoyable and I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Very disappointed in this tour company. I had to change the date of my tour due to change in travel plans - this company agreed, moved the date, and while I was traveling to England, decided to change it back. I was not even in the country when tour started. I lost $666 on this tour. They refused to help remedy the situation. Shame on Evan Evan tours. Never again.
