We did the short 30 min tour from Westminster to London Bridge. We made a couple of enquiries beforehand regarding taking suitcases onboard and availability of toilets on board. These were answered politely and promptly. On the tour one of the staff gave a running commentary of the sights we passed which was informative and friendly. We all enjoyed the tour.

The trip was about to last 30 minutes, was only 20 in reality, so it doesn't worth your money. Quite disappointed.

Managed to get front row on top deck to see all the sights. Just got back in time before a massive thunderstorm and pounding rain.

It was fun but my god I couldn't understand what the captain / whoever making the commentary was saying when we were passing under bridges (because of the echo). It's a detail but I thought I would mention it in case they can do something about it. I still had a good time though!

A very informative & enjoyable trip. Well worth it. The crew were very friendly. Nice to have drinks in a glass rather than plastic.
