This was the worst nye 5 course dinner cruise first of all the team give you a booking confirmation to print out and also a security pass to get past we had set of for 5pm as we was told to get their for 5:30pm tried to get though security near the eye to cross bridge to other side and had shown the pass to them they said they knew nothing about and said boats were closed it was a fath around in the end we had to get the tube to the other side even tho it was right their it was just money making to use tube where we needed to cross to get ti the boat that took us a while to get though we had arrived at the boat where we was greated by staff shown booking and sat like in a bar area as we needed to wait to board the boat this was annoying as you had to pay for drinks and thought they had a cheek to do this as we already payed our way for this and it was a, money grabbing opportunity for us to turn up 30 mins before to spend and their was no way we was paying extra any ways we boarded the boat got greeted by staff coats were taken and we did get a free cocktail but this was cheap crap we got sat at a table and it was difficult for me to sit at as they had the table wrong way so had to stand whilst they changed it round i mean they had time to check tables before hand so that was 5 min wait to be seated again then it took our server 30 mins before serving our free glass of wine even tho everyone had theirs when served the food started to come out and wasnt all that some of it was bland and wasnt the best of food given for what we paid and the staff were slow at serving, the menu you get at the table is not the one on the webisite also the free flowing fine wines dont expect all diffrent reds and whites as it dosnt state on the website about it been only selected ones rest you have got to pay for their is only 2 reds and 2 whites to choose from and they are the cheapest bottles they serve they also try and put a drink in front of you that you havent chosen and try and charge you for it when coming back on the cruise we had been given cheap champagne to go up on top deck to watch fireworks first of all getting up to top was difficult for me as i suffer from a bad back from injuries it wss very steep to get up got up their and moving around up their was very slippy as it had been raining no signs were out nothing the best bit of the night was just seeing the fireworks thst was it so dont bother wasting your time going on this not worth the price at all just stick to going for cheap meal on land and go watch fire works from the embankment side and will be cheaper

NYE cruise was a disaster, very disorganized check-in and everyone (£500 a head) was treated like in a cattle market. The food had a lot to be desired: soft poached lobster was rubbery and tasteless, beef medallion was overcooked and it reminded me of budget airplane food, chocolate gateaux was supposed to contain "GOLD", really? It appeared to be a cheap frozen dessert - nothing special. Service was slow and the toilets were a disgrace, wet floor (H&S hazard), no roll. The only good thing was the drinks package that was unlimited and the view of the fireworks but we did not get the glass of Champagne at midnight! A total rip off £500 a head. I sent an email and am still to receive the courtesy of a reply.

Amazing experience. We’ve been to you before for a Sunday lunch trip and enjoyed it, this time we thought we’d go for the evening. It absolutely stunning saw all the Xmas lights, whilst listening to the great live entertainment. Food was lovely, we had the platinum package so had the best seat and lots of free flowing wine. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Our waiter Bhuiyan was fabulous. He’s served us both times and he is always pleasant and goes above and beyond. Thank you again.

It was absolutely fabulous. Great service, lovely food and the singer and guitarist were superb. Starter 8/10 Main 10/10 Dessert 8/10 Sauvignon Blanc 9/10 Service 10/10 Music 10/10 Loved it and Viktorija who we booked it with was so helpful, friendly and professional Bravo all round 👏👏👏

We were staying up in London for my 70th birthday and before family joined us at the weekend, we wondered where to eat on the actual day. So pleased we made this choice, the whole experience was excellent. Arrived a bit early, in case of traffic issues, but were immediately welcomed into the waiting area. Noticed that a guest in a wheelchair was dealt with attentively. Soon on the boat with a welcome glass of prosecco. There is unlimited wine available on the platinum menu and you could pay for different drinks and more expensive wine, but the inclusive drinks suited the occasion just fine. The food, tbh, was better than we expected, considering a large crowd was being catered for. We enjoyed it very much. (Vegans might find the menu a bit limited, only mention this as we've two in our family, but just fine for us omnivores!) The service was excellent and friendly and as it was a special occasion we got the good table we'd asked for, plus the musicians played happy birthday for me and another new septuagarian at a neighbouring table. Sweet! The river trip was delightful, spent a lot of time gawping out at the illuminated landmarks and scenery, and the boat goes quite a way down river so we saw bits we weren't familiar with. Would certainly recommend. (On a separate note, don't assume there'll be taxis hovering about at the end. We did, and there weren't. Would book in advance another time.)

We went on the evening the Queen passed away so while things were a little subdued they were still fabulous. Food outstanding, service to match, and great views up and down the Thames. Recommended.

My wife and I have taken River cruises before. The point of these cruises is to see the “sights” lit up! You don’t go for the food or entertainment. The food was “meh” as expected, the boat, which was nice enough, never passed by the “Eye” or the Palace of Westminster or Big Ben. Instead they took us 5 miles downriver pass the docks (after starting an hour late). Hard pass for anyone who likes River cruises.

My husband took me on Bateaux London as a birthday treat last Thursday evening. From start to finish the experience was great. As we entered, the staff were all really friendly and we collected our glass of fizz on arrival which was a nice touch and set the tone for the evening. We were then shown to our table by our server Bhuiyan. He was great throughout our trip - attentive and very pleasant, also gave us some top tips about how the see Tower Bridge and get the best photos. We sat at table 4 which was right at the front of the boat with (in my opinion) the best and clearest unobstructed view. The meal was delicious and I thought the selection was good, the unlimited wine & prosecco went down a treat. looking at the wine list I thought drinks were reasonably priced too if we hadn’t have been on the all inclusive option. The boat trip went so quickly, we cast off on time and returned as expected. The sights of London lit up at night was wonderful. The weather held out so we were able to have photos outside on the decking area. The musical duo were also pleasant to listen to (although I’d have liked a few more upbeat numbers so we could have gotten up for a dance). Don’t listen to the negative reviews, it was fantastic and I’d highly recommend it for something different to do instead of a more ‘typical restaurant’..
