The guide seemed more interested in pointing out shops and hotels than places of significance. You don't actually drive by that many sights and some you do just the side (palace, abbey). The lady tuned up once the tour had finished with the kids activity packs and certificates so a bit pointless really. I was really disappointed for the amount of money spent.

Informative tour but nothing for kids despite being advertised as a kids tour. Guide was friendly and all staff were pleasant

Our 1 year old and 3 year old enjoyed the tour. Our guide Tim was informative and engaging. It shows the main sights which our 3 year old loves, just a shame we couldn’t go past Buckingham Palace on our tour. Would recommend!

Good family friendly and clean. Staff were polite. Good long route and kept the children happy for the time.

Planned our whole day around the kids tour on our daughters birthday for it to be cancelled on the day when we were at the meeting point.

Really enjoyed our tour with Jez. Fun and informative. Leant new things. Just the right length for kids. Would definitely recommend.

I’d been searching for a while for a London bus tour to do with my children (aged 7 and 3) and so welcomed the recommendation from a friend to book the Tootbus Kids Tour. Our driver was great and Jez the MC was brilliant - entertaining but not obtrusive at all. 45 minutes felt like the perfect amount of time and it’s an ideal route for a tour with kids, with highlight sights and interesting facts throughout, which kept us all engaged. The little activity books for the kids are also a really nice touch. A bonus too that we couldn’t have wished for nicer weather to be on an open top bus!

Chose this trip for 4 adults and 4 children the bus didn’t do the full tour, no explanation from driver I’ve emailed them to complain can’t even login to see the progress of my complaint Should have paid the extra and chose a decent tour bus company

Absolutely brilliant experience. Booking process is easy, customer service came back to me quickly with a response to a question, tour itself was great. Our guide (and I'm afraid I didn't catch his name) was very relaxed, funny and engaging. He built up a good rapport with the children on board, but was not at all 'in your face'. I took my two chidren (10 and 5) and they both loved it - the guide had them both giggling away at his dad jokes! We turned up at the bus stop half an hour early and the bus was already there. They allowed us on board straight away which was great after a tiring morning pavement-pounding. The seating was all top deck with about a third of the seats under cover and two thirds open top. We had great weather but I imagine on rainy days it can't be much fun. Would definitely recommend these tours for a child's 'first intro to London'...much easier than dragging them round all the sights individually on foot!!

None. This way in no way aimed at kids. It was boring and there was no real inclusion for children!!!!!
