The cruise was wonderful, but very short. The bus was terrible! I stood at stop Z5, which had Tootbus listed as stopping there. Three Tootbuses drove by without stopping. A staff from another bus company helped me find the next stop where they actually stopped. When I mentioned to the driver that the busses didn't stop, he said I should have waved them down. I got on the bus and went upstairs. After about an hour, I went downstairs and waited for a stop so I could ask the driver which stop to get off at for the cruise. He told me to listen, just listen. I told him I had nothing to listen on since I hadn't been given ear buds. Then I saw them in a pile on a shelf. No one told me they were there. I got off and took the cruise, wich was wonderful. I then couldn't find where to catch the bus so started walking. I tried to flag down a bus, but he shook his head no. Maybe because he was at a light and not a stop. I ended up paying 20 pounds for a cab back to my hotel. The drivers were so rude and grumpy, it was scary to ask questions. I bought a two-day ticket, but I'm not even going to use the second day. Totally wasted a day for me.

Bought our pass at Buckingham palace stop. Asked about "next bus" time, was told every 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes. Asked a different sales girl- "it just came by". Bug fat lie we were waiting patiently. Asked for refund-morning plan now ruined. Nope, she called someone and said no buses at thus stop. Go to Victoria for bus, they aren't servicing Buckingham Palace. Total BS

What a great way to see the key sites of London especially if you are at an advanced age and you are a little slower on your feet. The yellow original tour covered almost every site we wanted to see.

It took forever for the bus to show up. Many people were getting very upset. Some people left because they were sooooo frustrated

First time doing this. It was only £12 more to add a second day to our ticket and this included the river cruise so worked out much better value to do this for the 5 of us. Overall was good. Always managed to get a seat on the top deck. Headphones and ports were a bit hit & miss though. On visiting Buckingham palace we were waiting for a lot longer than the supposed 15 minutes and had to get an Uber to be at Madame tousauds on time. Free river cruise included was good.

My friend and our children loved the open top bus and managed to see all the London sights. I would recommend paying the little bit extra for the Thames cruise as it really adds to the experience. The staff on the bus, boat and street were all really friendly and helpful. Maps and headphones provided.

We hopped on this bus expecting commentary telling us about the sites, had nothing. Was sold a bus ticket and a cruise ticket. We didn’t ask for it he just charged us for both. Didn’t even tell us what bus we were on yellow or blue! We were ripped off!! Trying to deal with their customer service to get a refund is like pulling teeth!!! Avoid these guys and choose one of the others! Very very disappointed!

Waited for the bus while multiple buses of competitors passed by. When on bus, stops took too long..

Not a good memory, bus was always late, no air conditioner. That’s why we canceled the other trip. My airport driver left us there and what he said: was that my fly came late, it wasn’t true. I’m going to depute it with my bank.

Really enjoyed it, didn’t have to wait very long for buses which was good given we had kids with us. Loved the app so you can track the buses We did the cruise as well, only small issue is there isn’t much info about the cruise online and we had mixed info from 2 different bus drivers. You need to get off at stop 3 and walk to the city cruises, then ask which queue you need to be in.
