Make sure you arrive on time so you don’t miss a minute of the interesting and informative chat about the history of tea drinking in Britain. Then you can enjoy getting down to the business of tasting different teas. Our host, Julia, was fun and knowledgeable. She was very happy to answer all our questions. Because there were only 8 people, I felt I was getting a very personal master class. The 2 hours flew by. I can’t recommend this 2 hour experience enough! It would make a super present for someone or treat yourself!

The Tea Tasting Experience is Amazing! Would recommend it to anyone! Our host Alessandra was the most passionate tea drinker I’ve ever met! I learnt so much and feel like my whole perspective on tea has been changed. Also great value for money for a 2 hr experience that flew by. Would recommend it to anyone, experienced or regular tea drinkers alike. A really unique and well thought out experience.

We visited on Saturday 18th June 12-2pm. I can not recommend this masterclass highly enough, from the moment we walked into the shop until the moment we left the staff were more than happy to help and give advice on tea purchases and making the tea of your choice. Julia was our resident expert for the masterclass and she was a joy to listen to from the history of tea to the history of Twinings right up to the present day. Her knowledge of all the tea was amazing and not once did she waiver when asked a question. I would highly recommend this for all tea lovers and even those wanting to know a bit of history of this great drink, and if you can choose Julia as your host then I would strongly suggest you do as she is amazing and a great ambassador for Twinings.

It is a highly recommended class for all tea lovers out there. Julia, the host, did an amazing job taking us through the history of tea and how England became a tea drinking country after it has been a coffee drinking country. Then we tried the 6 kinds of tea, starting from white tea to yellow, green, oolong, black, and pu'erh tea. It was a lovely experience, especially that Julia was funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about tea. She was very welcoming and answered all of our questions.
