So where to begin. About a week before the pub crawl we were looking at where to go and realised that the starting bar was closed for refurbishments so i emailed them 2 times and called them. None of my emails were answered and several days later i received a call confirming that they would either change which bar we start at or give us a refund and the man was very nice and said they would contact me within the next 24 hours to confirm. I didn't receive a confirmation email until about 3 days later which was 2 days before the pub crawl. We now didn't have time to book anywhere nice because all the good bars were fully booked. On the day we found a bar right next to the starting bar and about 2 hours before the pub crawl was meant to start i get a text saying they have changed the starting bar to another bar about 5-10minute walk away. Keep in mind it was pouring with rain and freezing outside. At 7:30 we got to the starting bar and were told that there is no pub crawl here and we were not allowed in. I even showed him the text we got and both of them said no sorry and we had to leave the queue. We then walked another 10 minutes in the rain to the original starting bar and found that the bar was shut. We weren't sure what to do so we then walked back to the other bar in the freezing cold. At this point you can imagine we were not impressed at all and were freezing and soaking wet. We got back to the bar we were just at and the men still said no there is no pub crawl today so we asked to speak to the manager who then came and was like oh yh come in, 3rd time lucky. We told the manager to tell the security guys on the front door about this as they have no idea, but she just brushed it off and said they do know. We then asked for our wristbands that your suppose to get at the start so we can get our drinks discount at each bar, and the host said oh you can get them at the next bar. We said we need them to get the drink discount at the bar and he just said oh just tell them you're with the pub crawl. We went to the bar and said this and the bartender was confused and didnt know what we were talking about and said no, luckily we found another bartender who gave us the discount anyways. We were expecting quite a lot of people to show up because i have been on other pub crawls and especially on a Saturday they get busy. Turns out there was only 3 other girls that showed up, probably because everyone else gave up and went home. Also not mentioning how there is suppose to be 3 hosts and a camera man. There was 1 man and 1 man only and he looked like he had no clue what was going on. The ending club was suppose to be EGG which was the main reason we booked this pub crawl and was the only reason we were going to stay, but when i asked what the ending place was just to double check, he said a bar around the corner. After this we decided to leave because of how messy and unorganised the whole thing was and we didn't want this to ruin our night. I have emailed since asking for a refund which i have still had no reply to. I feel bad for the 3 girls who were left alone with this clueless man because pub crawls can be very good but they got very unlucky and this was by far the worst pub crawl i have ever been on.

Had tons of fun with our guide Vincent! He did a great job of keeping the party going and keeping us safe and informed of drink specials. The last bar we went to watered all the drinks down but I cannot fault the tour for that.

Vincent was a great, friendly and enthusiastic host that kept us upbeat and informed throughout the 5 bars in the bar crawl

I’d like to leave a 0 star. The rep was late and the bar crawl consisted of a huge stag do with 30 guys. Now I know they can’t control who books the pub crawl, but you don’t get anything apart from a rubbish shot at each bar. Waste of time and waste of money. I’d like a refund.

Great experience!! Would definitely recommend. Our guide was amazing too, he introduced us all to each other, was very friendly and just overall a great soul.

Had an amazing time with friends, loved the free shots and venues that had great music you could dance to!! Our guides Jamie and Will were so easy to get along with and took us to get food after! Would defo recommend and would request for Jamie and Will again
