Four of us , having previously enjoyed food tours in London’s East End , decided to give Eddie’s Portobello tour a try , as it was an area that none of us know well . What a good decision ! - Eddie himself gave us a wonderful , entertaining and informative tour of what is one of the most fascinating parts of London . The food at the stops he selected was all delicious - as was the super gin and tonic - a real reviver . Eddie was a great host , keeping us amused and patiently answering all our silly questions : the three hours went by in a flash . Highly recommended tour .

This was our first food tour and what a find ! It was very easy to navigate the website and let dietary requirements be known as my husband is coeliac . All the food stops were yum and really enjoyed the gin and tonic at the distillery. Most of the food was gluten free and if not an even nicer alternative was supplied ! . Eddie was an amazing guide , he had a lot of fantastic history and information to share and he did so in an interesting and humorous manner ! He spent a lot of time chatting to us and was extremely friendly . My daughters age 22 and 18 really enjoyed it too. Some real hidden gems of information but don’t want to spoil the surprise. Book the tour and find out for yourself !

Yesterday we did the Portobello Food Tour with Eddie. Very knowledgable and clearly passionate about sharing his knowledge of London. All of the stops were great, as was the food we tried. Will definitely be booking again for one of the other tours. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon meandering through Portobello and finishing in Notting Hill.

Brilliant tour, brilliant guide, brilliant time! We were a private group of 7 on the Portobello tales tour. The communication from beginning to end was excellent from Eddie - he is so accommodating, helpful, informative & so friendly. We met him outside of Ladbrooke Grove tube station, he introduced himself, cracked a few jokes and started the tour. It was honestly fantastic. All of the members of the tour thoroughly enjoyed the history, the food, the drinks & the passion from Eddie - he is very good at what he does & so very knowledgeable! The iPad with the little videos really brought the tour to life and it was interesting to see how it was years ago. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone - I’ve not stopped talking about it since we got home. Thanks so much Eddie, we will definitely be back soon :)

Superb from start to finish! I could not recommend this tour anymore. I went to an area of London I hadn’t been to before and what a treat it was. The tour was very insightful and full of tasty food and drinks!

We were traveling with teenagers and they really enjoyed seeing the Notting Hill/PortoBello Road area. The food we tried was amazing and the advice on where to go thrifting afterwards led to many additions to my teens wardrobes. Thanks Eddie for a great morning!

What a brilliant way to see London. We went on the Portobello road tour as this is an area of London we have never really explored before. What a wonderful combination of history and food. Eddie was so friendly and knowledgeable and had selected interesting and unique establishments to visit to sample some of the local food. Would highly recommend any of the tours.
