London Cinema Trip - 20-10-23 Nice to visit another hard Rock cafe and one I never knew existed, went in the shop and got a logo fridge magnet, pint glass and the wife a panda bear doll like I always do, asked the girl on the desk if I can have a seat at the bar and there was a space, went downstairs and got served and had a pint, only had 1 but a good atmosphere like all hard Rock cafes, a good visit and will return.

Dylan our waiter was absolutely fabulous tonight, a credit to your seem. Even organised a complementary dessert for my partners 30th so he made it extra special. He definitely deserves a 5* review. Of course food was top notch, filling and the setting is amazing. Unexpected live music on a Thursday evening too which was great!! X

Great place to eat with children, I had salmon noodles and asked for them hot. They were delicious. Grand daughter had kids burger and chips and loved it. Shared huge brownie sundae and loved it. Children’s plates come in a guitar shape which she loved.

Visited today for some lunch before a show. Tried to book online but no tables available so we went and asked if they took walk ins. The person on the desk was very helpful and told us they did at 11:45 for lunch service. Our lunch was brilliant - our host was Iris and our server was Tom. Both where brilliant and very helpful. A member of our party has a gluten allergy and this was handled very well. The manager spoke to us, the server had recommendations and the chef brought out the meal. Food was all lovely! Service was so fast and overall 5 stars.

The service was especially good: relaxed and friendly but at the same time very efficient. Our server, Tom, was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. He recommended avocado with the salmon and noodles, which was an excellent suggestion. At no point were we hanging around, even though the place was quite busy, although we did not feel hurried in any way. The food was tasty and the prosecco was beautifully presented with half a strawberry on the rim. A great experience and we will certainly come again soon!

Great food, great service, great location, we loved it. 5 of us, kids aged 17, 13 and 11. Rocked up for lunch with no reservation. Got a table quickly, and staff sorting that were happy and helpful. Our server, who’s name badge said Patel, was fantastic. Funny, smiley, helpful. Food came pretty quickly. My salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten. Archie’s Messi burger was disappointing compared to the picture on the menu, but the onion rings made up for it. At the end I had to ask Patel if it was possible I could leave an extra tip, so he had to cancel the transaction on the card machine to allow me to do that. The meal was 3 weeks ago but I’m writing this review because I feel guilty I haven’t done it already. That’s how good it was. Well done Hard Rock, we will be back. P.s. loved the music stuff everywhere too. Brilliant

We were looking forward to our summer visit to Hard Rock and we weren’t disappointed. Even though they were very busy the staff were super friendly, as always and the food was great! Our server Zlatka was lovely, friendly and helpful. This is one of the best Hard Rock cafes around!

We had a great experience at this Hard Rock. Our son has severe food allergies and our server Katalin was extra diligent in making sure that his food was safe. We really appreciate it. She was very attentive and made the expert great.
