Our guide John(from Ireland) was great. Knowledgeable, funny and had a lot of historical information along the way. The bus lost air conditioning on the top level before we left for Wondsor Castle on the hottest day of the year in London 102° farenheit or 40° celcius. The driver of Premium Coaches would not touch anything to make it better. John our guide with Premium Tours tried to get us a new coach, but the main office denied his request. John mustered on making the best out of a bad situation. John was great, but I wouldn't use Premium tours again. No reguard for customer comfort or service.

Our guide was knowledgeable and on the drive to Windsor he gave us a little city tour which we learned about the highlights you see as you are driving through. Once at Windsor the tour itself was self guided. The pub lunch was great.

We did this tour on our last day and it was a great ending to a wonderful week-long vacation in London. We opted for the lunch at the end of the tour, but it wasn't neccessary because there were several other dining options available. My husband was disappointed with the fish & chips that was served. I don't eat seafood, but they allowed me to select another meal..."Toad in the Hole" was outstanding!

Enjoyed the ride to Windsor Castle and the guide’s info he passed on during the bus ride to the Castle and while waiting to get Into the Castle. Was surprised that once we were in the Castle our guide did not stick with us and instead we used the free audio guides. I did see a few guides walking around with their very small groups of 5 or less which allowed them to be quiet. I guess our tour guide with over 50 people could not keep us as a group and shout the whole time. Would not consider this a tour of the Castle. I would call this a costly passage to the Castle.

This was an easy way to see Windsor and the Castle. The time allowed was plenty to see both. I would recommend not booking the lunch and doing that on one's own. Great tour guide.

The train station meet place needed to be a lot more clear as there are hundreds of people and heaps of buses with similar tours. It was a little confusing

Very disappointed in this tour we chose through Viator. We were unsure whether to do this on our own or do this through a guided tour. We decided to play it safe and take a guided tour. The tour starts at the Victoria Couch Station. We did 4 different tours on our trip and this was by far the most stressful and unorganized meeting point. Multiple tours meeting all at the same terminal with more than one tour on each bus. Pretty much the only thing this tour provided was the transportation. We could have used the train from London, you walk through the train station to get to the castle. When we got to the castle we had to wait in line with other groups for the castle to open before our guide could get tickets. The guide was very nice but once we got our tickets we didn’t see her again. Once in the castle we were left to explore on our own with a time to report back to the bus. We were then dropped off at a pub for lunch with a voucher. Lunch was nothing special. We were not given a choice and told the only option was fish and chips. We later found out there was a vegetarian option that was not offered to us. Not a terrible experience however I think we could have saved money and had more freedom to explore on our own.

We purchased the half day trip to Windsor only and adored our time. Our tour guide Jason was very informative and hilarious, plus we were first in line for the group tours! So they did an awesome job getting us into Windsor. If you look on your ticket/email confirmation it should state the bus terminal to meet at, ours was 19 & 20. Once arrived, there was a person from the tour company that told us exactly which terminal and where to stand. Next we loaded the bus and we were on our way. FYI they allow cold food and drinks with lids on them inside the bus, just in case you want some coffee. Next we got to Windsor and Jason told us half day Windsor people to meet underneath the clock and another bus would pick us up at 1. The other bus arrived at 12:58 and we were on our way to St. George’s Pub. All you have to do is go to the bar and show them your voucher (which they give you once you load the morning bus). I would do this trip again if I go back to Windsor and would recommend this to friends and family.

Our 4 hour tour was put on bus with an all day tour, at 7:45 am. At the first stop, tour guide left with large group, telling us to wait for a bus to come pick us up. At 1pm. A bus arrived for the hour and a half ride back to London-bus driver only. Arriving back in London, 6 hrs after leaving, he had no knowledge regarding a pub lunch which had been promised. Just dropped us off at a street corner! Just a complete waste of our time and money!

We thought this would be a a guided tour but unfortunately not. We were the only people on the bus who had lunch as part of our tour so we had to find our own way to the lunch venue which was disappointing. On the up side seeing St George's Chapel was great. Don't think I'd recommend this tour to others.
