Samuel was a superb guide. He gave us a lot of extra surprises. He had good music along the way and recommended great food. Wales was so much fun with him.

Rabbie's confirms to be the best option for visiting an area without the trouble of driving, parking etc but still with a great freedom to choose the activities you want to do. Graham, our guide - driver, really did his best to make sure we would fully enjoy our trip - thank you again, we will never forget this week!. Together with the planned visits, as usual there were a lot of scenic drives in the heart of the Welsh countryside, with lots of stories about the country, entertainment and useful info about every stop. This was our 3rd trip with Rabbie's and definitely not the last one!Highly recommended😄

The 5-day tour was pleasant enough, but there weren't really any highlights in Wales like there were in Ireland and Scotland. We saw castles in various states of decay, and the countryside was pleasant enough. Our guide was quirky but nice. But at the end of the tour I hadn't felt the WOW factor. Also I though it was strange that although we were only a group of nine we stayed in 5 different hotels. There may be logistical reasons for that. But bottom line is Wales is not that exciting a touring destination. I think Rabbie's did the best they could with this destination.

Just did the Rabbies Wales tour with my 80 year old mother, her childhood friend, my sister and my niece. We really enjoyed it. John was a knowledgeable, professional, entertaining and considerate tour guide who helped us accommodate my mother’s mobility needs. There was a nice variety of stops- castles, churches, cute towns, historical museums, and beautiful vistas- and the B and B type lodgings were comfortable. So nice to let someone else take care of the driving and decision making and just enjoy the trip!

This was my first tour with Rabbie's, my partner uses them all the time. I was very surprised by how much I ended up liking it. Our tourguide Rob was excellent. He knew so much about every little thing we encountered on the way and could answer nearly all questions one could throw at him. His little mascot Draco was cute and came with us everywhere posing for lots of pictures. He is a patient little dragon. Our accomodations during the trip were very good and the food was excellent. Activities ranged from looking at castles to taking long coastal walks (breathtaking scenery). I was not prepared for how beautiful Wales was and how much there was to see. Even longer trips on the bus were worth it since there was something to see and learn about from our guide on every corner of this beautiful country. I can highly recommend this tour to everybody who has not seen Wales yet and to most who already have as well. Especially if you get Rob as your guide. I can not praise this man enough!

This was our second Rabbies tour and enjoyed it very much! Rob (and Draco) took us to many castles, off-the-beaten-path spots, and narrated a fabulous trip! We knew rain would be a factor but still enjoyed ourselves.

This was my first Rabbie’s tour and it was a very good one! I debated on going the tour route or navigating public transport on my own and am happy I went the tour route, at least for my first foray into Wales. Rob was an excellent guide, and Draco was a fantastic navigator. Being a book lover, I do wish we had additional time in Hay-on-Wye but understand that it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Most stops had a good amount of time for exploring and the drives between locations were informative and lovely. The accommodations were also very comfortable with the towns fairly easy to navigate and explore. As a solo traveler the rest of the group was welcoming and everyone got along well. It felt like we’d started getting to know each other in the last day or two and I wish it had been slightly longer. Special shout-out/thank-you to Rob for making a stop especially for me to take photos of Cader/Cadair Idris after I mentioned it being one of the reasons I’d wanted to come to Wales. It was a magical moment seeing it in person for the first time and something I greatly appreciated.

We really enjoyed our tour of Wales. Rob was a friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. He gave us so much information on Wales and introduced us to some hidden secrets. The bus was comfortable and our co- travellers friendly. We were amazed by the beautiful scenery and the stunning coastline. Our accommodation was disappointing bit did not detract from this wonderful tour.

I had an amazing time on this tour and discovered some lovely places in Wales! We had two great tour guides, John & Sam, who turned this short-trip into a very special memory. They definitely went beyond the guidebooks - Thank you very much again!
