I took this tour during a transit strike in London, so the bus was hours late due to traffic, and we lost a lot of time, so all the stops were short. However, our guide tried to make the best of it by helping us coordinate what we wanted to see. For instance, he helped me call a taxi in Stratford so I could try to see Shakespeare's grave before they closed. I enjoyed the trip overall. The birthplace of Shakespeare was cool and Stratford-upon-Avon was very picturesque. Bibury was pretty, didn't need much time there. Oxford was nice but because we were running so late, a lot of the interesting buildings were closed so it was mostly just wandering around. This was the biggest disappointment. I think it'd be a very nice tour under normal circumstances where we had the full amount of time everywhere. The bus didn't have wifi and, though the seats had phone chargers, many of them didn't work.

The Cotswolds was absolutely gorgeous. The area has such charming and quaint villages. It's definitely a must-see when visiting the UK. Our tour guide, Darren, was very imformative and helpful. Many thanks also to our bus driver and her expertise in navigating the narrow roads and getting us there and back safely. I've forgotten her name, but I believe it started with a D. My daughter and I had both been to Stratfor-Upon-Avon before and so we spent our time there visiting the shops instead of revisiting places we'd seen already. It's a lovely town. We didn't enjoy Oxford as much because we were very tired by then and there was a lot of walking.

Small bus tour to three sites. The tour is structured for you to have the most time in Oxford so plan ahead for things to do, like dinner. The bus driver was really friendly and organized. The experience is a solid 4.5/5!

Tom, the tour guide was wonderful! The tour had more walking than I could manage. That wasn’t clear in the advertisement. The places we saw were beautiful and interesting.

Delay bus and waste time for driver to take a rest on the way to the 1st stop, have to hurry visiting for Stratford Upon Avon. However Bibury & Oxford are the nice places to visit.

The bus came 2 hours late. They have only 30 minutes time in Cotswold. The tour guide was the most laid back person I’ve ever seen.

Our guide Tom provided a brief overview of history and significance of Stratford-upon-Avon, Bilbury village, and Oxford before our arrival at each of these stops. Appreciated the flexibility to explore each area with a reasonable time limit to take pictures and/or go to visitor center(s) to delve more where we had interest. Enjoyed visiting Shakespeare's birthplace, seeing ducks and ducklings in Bilbury, and seeing in Oxford the castle/prison and the location of the pub where Tolkien and C.S. Lewis met frequently - with just enough time to get our lunch and dinner too. Our tour began late due to extra road congestion caused by the rail strike on the day of our tour, but the guide and driver accommodated a later return so we could still have ample time to explore at our stops.

Splendid low key tour. Bus on tome st easy to find location. Tour guide exceptional—almost an encyclopedia of info, even trivia. It’s a bit of a ride but once your3 out of London (which is bigger than you think!) countryside is beautiful. Tour is set up so you can follow along with guide for a bit to get you started then plenty of free time. The times at each stop were appropriate for what’s to see. Oxford is stupendous.

Theee were four of us waiting to go on this tour. No one showed up! The operator decided to not run the tour and told no one. Viator was not able to contact them either. We lost an entire day I. London as we were only there a few days and by then it was too late to book anything else. We got a refund from Viator eventually but that doesn’t make up for the fact that we lost an entire day. Along with cab fare to get to pick up point there and back.

Unfortunately this tour driver was uncontactable on the morning of our trip and we could not reach them to tell them we are few minutes delayed. This is a 6 person bus and we were 4 people, and on the day before we saw that there were 2 seats open so we knew we were the only ones on this tour. Viator customer service claimed that the driver left with other group members (they did not answer about why the drivers number was disconnected even though I asked several times) and also was extremely rude in the discussion. Unprofessional tour and Viator customer service. I suggest booking through another site to avoid this to happen to anyone else and wasting your money.
