Experience the original Royal English Tea with traditional sandwiches, cakes & scones in the grounds of the Palace by the Diana Statue.

First, we stroll around Kensington Gardens & learn of its long history. We will see the beautiful gardens Albert created for his wife Queen Victoria & take in the spectacular views as we approach the Palace where Prince Harry and William grew up.

We will then experience the full splendour of High Tea in the Palace grounds and give you personal insights into our royal family and the fascinating history of our national drink and the ceremony of afternoon tea.

The tour guide was very nice and friendly but was not as knowledgeable as she could be. Restaurant plain and didn’t get exclusive table. Stroll through park not much to see except Italian Garden. Enjoyable time but overpriced.

Our tour guide, Barbara, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and warm. She knew the history very well. My favorite part of the tour was the afternoon tea we enjoyed with her.

Out of all the tours we had scheduled in London this week, this was our least favorite and certainly not worth the money. Our tour guide didn’t keep us on track through the gardens, and we were short changed at the tea and were rushed out before 6:00. Our waiter became defensive when I mentioned a dairy allergy. When you pay viator for a guide, one expects the guide to stay with you until the end. Isabella left at 5:30 and our group of 6 on September 25 was left to see ourselves out. I would suggest to come to the park yourself and tour the grounds. Save yourself a lot of money and do a tea elsewhere. It was the only tour this week that you are unable to cancel. A defensive waiter and a guide that leaves before the end left for a poor experience.

This was a lovely experience. We got lost and missed the tour of the gardens. John from visitor called us to check on us and have us directions to the Pavilion. He even faced time us to see where we were to help us navigate. This extra care meant so much to us. The Tea was exceptional and beautiful. Thank you.

Our guide Victor was kind and wonderfully knowledgeable of the history of the palace and gardens. His enthusiasm and kind nature was infectious and allowed our group to thoroughly enjoy the experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to London. Note: the first hour is a walking tour of the gardens. Bring good walking shoes and prepare for weather.

The tea experience was great but searching for the meeting location was Horrible for me. I was already at Kensington palace and went out to the meeting location ending up being lost . It would have been better if I went directly. When I finally got there the staff knew our predicament and seated us immediately . Nice selection of beautiful cakes and sandwiches.
