Absolutely brilliant experience, loved every minute. The food was excellent and plentiful, the drinks were really good and service fabulous. The 1.5 hours went really quickly and Everyone seemed to really enjoy it. My only negative was the instructions for finding the bus at the huge Victoria bus station. They could have been a bit more explicit. However, we eventually found the bus (just in time) and had a blast. Highly recommend this experience ❤️

Really good trip-booked my daughters 16th birthday and it was daughter, mum and nan trips. I used my nhs discount to book on the phone which gives you 20% off which is worth knowing. They were really accommodating aswell with sandwich offerings. My daughter is a fussy eater and they made plain ham and also plain cheese sandwiches for her which was excellent. My mum is also gluten free which they accommodated and she said everything tasted wonderful, it’s not often she eats bread/cakes. When we got there we were upgraded to top deck which was awesome! The bus itself is lovely, the three young male staff were fun and polite. The bus is quite bouncy! It was a beautiful warm sunny day and we saw all the views clearly. For my daughters birthday they brought out bubbly and a cupcake with candle in and sang happy birthday. At the end of the trip we also got to keep the thermo cups which are branded and are a lovely keepsake. Really glad we chose this trip-we took the 12mm on tour and then went to a theatre matinee. Highly recommend x

We loved our tour and tea. Despite multiple changes in our group in terms of dietary requirements, Brigit's team made sure everyone had a lovely tea. The food was really excellent as was the service - thank you all. It's very easy to find the bus and we toured round central London, though we were having such a lovely time we kept forgetting to listen to the guide!

This was a 50th birthday pressie and didn't disapoint. Friendly staff, punctual leaving and organised. It was just such a nice thing to do. As afternoon tea's go the food was surprisingly good and the tea lovely. Obviously you cant have cups and saucers but still very nice. Hopefully will return to do it again .

Highlights-great pastries and sandwiches! You do get to see some sites while eating. There was more than enough food to enjoy. Lowlights-the bus you take has an automated recording for seeing the sites, which was hard to hear and not always coordinated. We sat with our backs facing the front of the bus, hard to see anything that way…but someone has to sit backwards (per how tables are set up). Overall, I would rather have tea at a nice place and then go on a hop on and off bus, tried this for it’s novelty, wasn’t entirely worth the price.

If I had known would I have chosen to do this, for that money? Not sure I would. It was so expensive that hubby and I bought it for each other for Xmas because we thought the baba would love it - but it was not as good as the cost. £180 for 2 adults and 1 child. Hubby says if it had cost us £90 he still will have felt cheated Most irritatingly the pre-recorded commentary was not synced to the journey. Often you would hear something after we had left the location and you would not know what it was referencing. For that cost I would have expected a live commentary. Also the entertainment was a random lady asking my daughter what her favourite animal was and when my daughter answered with a reasonably simple animal the entertainer did not understand the English word for that animal and talked about a different one instead. Then she moved on and the whole thing was so strange. I would have preferred someone dressed up as Peppa meeting the bus at the end of the tour to interact with the children and do photos or selfies as appropriate. The random strange lady scared my daughter as she’s not fond of strangers. But the character themselves would have been great stuff. There were these random peppa pig video clips which played on loop between commentary. They became repetitive very quickly and were unnecessary. We didn’t get the activity pack until we were leaving the bus, probably so the children focussed on the views of London but I would have preferred that to Peppa on loop on the tele. The food was a glorious and reasonable amount however sandwiches were put out too early and the edges were growing stale by the time we boarded the bus. We loved the peppa pig plastic travel mugs (which are yours to keep) and I very much appreciated being able to order a proper coffee on board . The macrons were amazing. Views of London were great. Next time I’ll take my family on an actually informative London bus tour and then take her to Poultons for the Peppa experience. I think it would be much better value. You board the bus at Somerset House but it was mostly closed on a Sunday so our plan to hang out there before or after was kaput. Toilets there however were convenient and there was a small exhibition open for viewing. My daughter loved it but no more than she loves most things.

I was genuinely surprised at how ‘average’ this was. I expected it to be amazing given the reviews on here. The afternoon tea that was served was below average, considering how much you pay per person i personally do not think it was good enough. The sandwich choices were terrible, beef and gherkins, salmon, cucumber and cream cheese, i disliked all of them, i was hoping for a chicken salad, egg mayo etc. The bus tour in itself was fine however they have dangly flowers all around the top deck windows which need to be taken down, they make it difficult to fully look out the window at the sights. And in between music and the bus talking about the sights, you could hardly hear what they were saying. Overall, very disappointed in what i hoped would be an amazing experience.

This was a fun experience! We met the bus at the Victoria Bus Station. This is a busy commuter station. A good place to use the restroom before boarding. We were greeted by a friendly Brigit’s team member. They checked our tickets and then divided us into Bus 1 & 2. We reserved the upper deck seats 10 which is good for a group of two. It’s in the front of the bus. The seats are a bit tight. It was an exceptionally hot day and they did not have AC, therefore, hot tea was not appealing. They did have icy cold bottled water. The servers were two young men and they were very accommodating. The table was already set and looked lovely. We did order two glasses of wine. A few guests had pre ordered bottles so they noise level went up as the tour progressed! It was a wonderful party atmosphere with a great music track. Did I know where we were going or if we passed any iconic London sites? Nope. It’s not narrated but you can follow on your own Google maps. Don’t expect a fully narrated tour but it’s still fun. We had the vegetarian selection and the food was tasty and fresh. We had a great variety and quantity! We were given adorable take away boxes and a souvenir cup. It’s a fun way to spend a few hours in London.
