Absolutely amazing and terrifying. Something we will never forget. Joey (Instructor) was brilliant in calming any nerves people may have had. Thank you.

Had a really great time climbing up the 02 for sunset over London. Our guide, Nathan was very friendly, reassuring and extremely professional helping everyone to the top and back again. I can only highly recommend Up at the O2.

My experience at Up at the o2 wasn't good. These were my issues: I didn't fill my emergency contact and told I HAD to fill it. I found this questionable, firstly maybe I don't have anyone to fill it with, secondly maybe I don't want to share my contacts details? My guide was extremely shouty and patronising. She was nice, sure, but also she treated the group (full group of adults, no one under the influence of drink or drugs, and all seem like sensible people capable of following instruction) like we were a group of 10 year olds on a school trip. While I understand there are safety procedures to follow, the guides could take into consideration who they are actually climbing with and regulate their tone of voice to that age rather than talk down to a bunch of 30 to 50 somethings. Having to stop at every post to the top is extremely immersion breaking and quite frankly boring. I don't see why we couldn't climb to the top without getting shouted at to stop every 20 steps. Then we finally got to the top, it took so long we missed the sunset (and if I remember right the sunset tickets are more expensive but it took so long to shepherd us up the not-so-steep ramp we literally missed it) The view was nice but NOT worth the ticket price I paid for it. Sky garden is free to enter and you get far better views, and you just pay for the food you eat. Honestly the whole experience was over priced and not worth it. There are better and higher and even more thrilling places you can go to which will most likely be cheaper than this AND you won't get treated like a child. My last issue is that we were told we can't take photos until we are at the top. I understand on the ramp it may be dangerous - fine - but why can't I take pics in the glass tower while I wait for the group to all join? The glass tower is the place you are before you go onto the ramp but it's closed off so no risk of losing phone or injuring someone with it.. they simply don't want u taking pictures cos their photographer does it for you then charges you £15 for a copy. Oh, also, if you do have the extra money and decide to go for this cos everywhere else in londons closed, wear shoes with grip cos then you'll have to wear their shoes which were obviously never cleaned and very unhygienic.

Highly recommend this. The staff were brilliant throughout the experience, they helped with problems, answered our questions & were friendly & knowledgeable. Our group consisted of adults & young teens, one of whom chose this for her birthday activity & we all had an amazing time. The views from the platform were stunning. & the whole experience was impeccably organised. Thanks to everyone, especially our wonderful guides.

Enjoyable but didnt find too challenging. Views decent enough at the top but wouldnt rush to do this again. Great if visiting as do love the views round this neck of the woods.

When we arrived we saw other groups climbing and thought 'OMG!'. But all the staff we met were completely relaxing, and our tour guide, Natasha, did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable and constantly moving along the group to ensure we were all safe. The first bit was the steepest going up, but flattens out quickly to make an enjoyable climb. Great views at the top, and Natasha helped with photo taking. The climb down started esay but the last bit was quite steep. All in all a really great experience.

Took my husband and four teenage sons up and over the O2. Everyone had a fantastic time, all agreed it was a brilliant experience. I felt a bit scared for a while but safe. It should be OK for most people as long as there are no mobility or heights issues. A massive thank you to Faheem who made the whole experience fantastic! We also booked the dining add on at Ramsey street burger in the O2….. currently waiting for our meal!

Amazing experience, walking both and up and down the o2. The views from the top are definitely worth seeing, our guide (Nathan) was extremely friendly and informative about different facts about the o2 and the surrounding area
