I booked this activity as part of a "grandmother/granddaughter" trip to London this summer. It was such a great bonding experience and we had so much fun creating our fascinators! Elena was knowledgeable, thorough and especially patient with me since I tend to ask a lot of questions! It is especially nice to be able to remember that day every time I see my fascinator! Thank you, Elena!

Each step in the process was clearly explained and demonstrated. The material choices were expansive and the finished product was divine! I can’t wait to make another one when I get home!

We enjoyed trying on all of the hats and wore one each whilst making our fascinator. Elena was a patient teacher and we learnt a lot about the process including making our own fascinator. It was made special as we were making them for special events.

Two friends and I spent a wonderful 3.5 hours with Elena in her Fascinator Workshop and each of us ended up with a fabulous Fascinator. We can’t believe we made them - they look professional. We giggled and laughed through the whole process - such fun. Elena is a great teacher. Yes, making the edging is a bit tricky but wait until you see what steam can do to shape fabric. If we can do it, so can you. It was a highlight of our time in London.

My daughter and I made fascinator hats today with Elena. She was very informative and patient with us as beginning hat designers. She was extremely engaging and was a superior host with sharing with us scrumptious snacks and hot beverages and great relaxing music. She took time to explain each step carefully and to show us by example what to do. She also was very interested in getting to know us which made the experience even more enhanced. We loved our hats and still can't believe we made them. It was a great experience and we highly recommend.

When we arrived at the studio we found out that Elena was not told we were coming but she graciously rescheduled so that she could accommodate us that same day as we were leaving the next morning. She was a great teacher and my husband and I had an enjoyable experience making the Fascinator Hats with her. Elena was delightful and she really explained the process thoroughly with us. She was very patient and helped us through the whole process. She offered us tea and snacks. We would definitely highly recommend this workshop.
