--"Had a great time on the City of London walk. Visited a few places we didn't know existed and had a very nice lunch at one of the recommended pubs - so nice we took a bit too long and our time wasn't that good! Will definitely try another walk."
--"We had a great time, seeing some interesting hidden gems and generally 'observing' more than you normally do! Never knew there was a Roman Amphitheatre in London!"
--"Really fun day out discovering hidden gems of the city of London. Great clues, lots of fun trying to figure them out. 100% would recommend for anyone who wants to see the lesser known side of London."

A trail through the Square Mile, the original settlement of London formed by the Romans. Gather your team and get exploring; start near St Paul's Cathedral and work your way East.

Discover a Roman Amphitheatre before reaching halfway where you can soak in the atmosphere of a cosy Inn built from...spoilers! Warm up and get refreshed before you head back out to conquer your quest.

Scurry onward through a Victorian market before descending into magical ruins. Complete the trail to uncover another top notch pub where you can kick back and relax.

The Secret City has been a great activity for me to run for our students who come to study abroad in London. It's a great way to get them out and about their new city and learn some history while also seeing the sights! The team at TSC is excellent, very responsive and great customer service! I will definitely book again in the future and encourage our students to try their other London and UK locations.

A group of us participated in the The Secret City Treasure Hunt & had a really great time. Everyone felt that it was a brilliant, fun & entertaining way to see parts of the City that we never knew existed. I would definitely do this again in another part of London & certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested in seeing the hidden bits of our great City!

Firstly, I love some of the secret locations we get to discover along the way, they're definitely memorable and I'll revisit them again. However, I have taken part in at least 3 other treasure hunts around London and this one, I thought was slightly more mediocre. I think there has to be a balance between being super cryptic, that you can't get anywhere (this has happened to me before) and then being too straightforward and feeling as if someone has swallowed a thesaurus. Another thing I'd like to mention, is the lack of prize/reward at the end. Previously, we've been giving a bottle of mead and bars of chocolate as a gesture... But for this one, we received a congratulations txt which felt slightly empty, like my hands. Overall, it is a lovely experience but I do feel I could have been challenged a bit more. Perhaps there could be ratings of difficulty for each setting and the consumer can review which level they might like to try.

A brilliant, fun and interesting way to spend time with friends exploring a part of the city finding wonderful places you never knew existed and learning fascinating bits of history. A great time.

This was the second Secret City I completed with my son. I go to London reasonably regularly to see my him and his partner. Over time we have done the museums and traditional sites so was looking for something else. I came across these walks and we started with The Squares one and loved it so much that we booked this one too. The clues are not to difficult but make us think and the routes have taken us to areas we wouldn't have found or explored before. My son said it has taught him to look up as he is so often head down on his way to somewhere. My partner and I had a weekend in Edinburgh and did the walk there, which was fabulous and I have the Greenwich walk booked for my next trip to London. I can see that we will just keep booking, walking and learning. Fabulous way to spend the days and always lovely places to stop and get refreshments on the way. 5 stars!

A great experience! Really enjoyed exploring London and seeing all these new places we never knew existed even though we've lived in London 30years+!! It was a good level of challenge and we enjoyed being outside getting a bit of exercise after lots of eating 😁 We chose The City as we didnt want to go anywhere too busy and it was perfect. Thanks for creating such a fun experience. We will do it again when my family and I meet up again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

*Positives* - The City Treasure Hunt was really good fun - it was great to try something a little different, and helped give our regular London meet-up day a structure. We were a team of 3 and, despite 2 of us now being Londoners (one of whom works in the City!) we walked streets we'd never walked, spotted features we'd never noticed, and stopped to look at things in more detail than we ever might have done otherwise. It genuinely gave us a renewed appreciation for our capital city, particularly for the number of green spaces there are! We happened to arrive at the Guildhall Museum and Galleries in time for a free 50 minute tour which was fascinating - again, we never knew it was there. *Feedback* - The clues are quite easy and family-friendly, we wondered if it might be worth offering 2 difficulty levels? Also, it may not work over message, but we'd have loved to read a historical/cultural 'tit-bit' for each location/feature we were invited to discover.

Great socially distanced experience for all. Makes you really take notice of some of the things that make London special you would normally walk right past. Highly recommend for families/friends/couples.

We had a great time on the Treasure hunt. The clues were usually quite clear as long as you took a moment to read them properly before setting off. There are so many little places tucked away that even as londoners we had never seen before. We'll be going back for a better look in the future. (You get so involved with getting to the next clue, you don't always take in all of the information). All in all it was a really good experience which I would definitely recommend to friends. The suggested time of 4 hrs is about right but consider that you are walking all of the time. This could be problematic for those less mobile.
