We are putting in place some extra special measures for all future tour activities: All our vehicles will be sanitised with disinfectant cleaning by their owner drivers immediately after each service. Presentation stops will be conducted in quiet open air locations – away from crowded hotspots. Driver Guide hosts shall wash and sanitise their hands on a frequent basis throughout each service. Hand sanitiser will be available to all of our guests at all times while on tour. Standard measures which enhance your protection: The transparent partition screen provides a unique private passenger compartment for the passengers. A safe distance exists between guests and their Driver Guide hosts – exceeding the current minimum 2 metres set by government guidelines. The passenger compartment has a separately controlled air-conditioning system.

We had Mick as our tour guide. He was awesome! He really tried to get to know what we were looking for and sort of tailored it match that. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. For the moment I booked they stay in contact with me. They helped answered questions and were very responsive. All in all a wonderful experience.

Mick is fun, entertaining, and very knowledgeable about all corners of the city. We had our two daughters (10 and 12 years old) with us and he kept them interested and engaged the entire time. You will get the insider’s stories of London and hit historically important spots you likely weren’t even aware of. Highly recommended.

It was a little rough meeting up at the beginning of the tour, but it got sorted without to much difficulty. The tour overall was a lot of fun. Great stops with a lot of interesting stories and history. Even mixed in some stops that had to do with my family history after we had discussed it a little bit. Overall was a good time! Worth the money and would do it again!

Right from the start when I sent my first email inquiring about The Horror of Haunted London tour, I knew I was dealing with a professional guide business. They responded promptly answering every question and I felt confident booking with them. I came to London with my daughter and wanted to give her a memorable experience since it was her first visit here....Black Cab Heritage Tours exceeded my expectations! Our tour guide, Mick, arrived exactly when he said he would in an immaculately clean taxi. For the next 3 hours, we were emerged in the historical beauty that is uniquely London. The fascinating and spine tingling stories were brought to life by Mick's gift of describing each haunted location in such a way that we hung on every word. I can't recommend this tour highly enough!! On my next visit to London, I will definitely book another tour with Black Heritage Cab Tours!

This tour was fantastic! Mick Greenwood was an incredible guide to the spooky and haunted parts of London. His knowledge and interest in the history of the city made the tour better than I could have imagined! What a fantastic and enlightening tour. Not only were the stories interesting but the sheer enthusiasm and gusto in which the guide told them had me and my friends transfixed and completely drawn in. The guide appeared to know his stuff and easily answered any questions we had. We all felt comfortable as the tour guide was very friendly and would constantly tell us about any building/street of importance as we drove from place to place. If you like goulash horrible history, this is a tour for you.

We tried this tour at the beginning of November, wishing to do something unusual (i.e., not the 'yet another city sightseeing tour') and a little weird. Mick has been a great guide while showing us the most haunted places in London, and it's been a real pleasure to listen to his stories that can be hardly found anywhere on guides. Great one Mick, we'll certainly meet again when we're in London and thanks so much for the very pleasant afternoon around London with you and your black cab!
